The Simpsons Hit & Run Some Law Enforcement Mod

The last cop mod I'll do for a while, but anyway this last mod was absolutely stressful, but absolutely sick. Although the screen was cut off and not everything was visible, it doesn't change the mod's quality (well it does, but I didn't want to upload a PowerPoint presentation XD)
