File Location Issues: The file locations might be different from mine, so Excel can't find the reference files. I've arranged everything in a single Excel file, which you can download. The link to the file is in the description. Steps: In the Content File:I removed the URL column because it isn't necessary for the final output.I standardized the "Category" column by removing any double quotes. In the Reaction File:I filtered the "Type" column to display only blank cells, then deleted all blank rows.I deleted the "User ID" column since it's not needed for the final output.I applied the VLOOKUP formula to the "Content Type" and "Category" columns.I renamed the "Type" column to "Reaction Type."I also applied the VLOOKUP formula to the "Sentiment" and "Score" columns. For the "Category" Column in the Reaction File:I copied the "Category" column from Column F and pasted it into Column L using "Paste Special."I removed duplicates and used the SUMIF formula to arrange the data from A-Z.

@@snehveerbatham in the content table there are only 1001 rows but in the reaction table there are approx 24k values so after 1001 it writes NA for column 'content type'. Do you have a solution
