Everyone’s talking about the singer, and rightly so she’s fantastic don’t get me wrong! The instrumentalists in the band have some serious chops too. I’m just listening to random songs that show up with ‘autoplay’ while at work. I had to rewind to actually watch the video too, then listen to it a few times.
Napalm is really building an impressive catalog of bands!

@Matthias Nilson Not at all. I'm sorry you took it that way. I meant to praise the rest of the members of the band whose skill really stands out and deserves recognition as well. I was praising the whole band, and the label that clearly sees their talents.
@Matthias Nilson Yours is a needlessly hostile comment, and you should rethink how you interact online. He implied nothing of the sort. As for the focal point, it's a video. She may be the focal point of the video, but it's a band, and thus has several members who all provide something.

Really great singer, wish she woulda skipped the growl vocals, it's so predictable in modern metal bands and totally unnecessary when the singer is this good
@Kamikaze Krush No, the clean change between clean vocals and growl is what makes this song awesome.
@@Guilherme_Sena Not really. Because basically everyone and their aunt does it. Like, she has a good voice. But the growling is an eye-rolling gimmick these days. Like "Well done, you can growl. Have a lollipop. Everyone else have already done what you thought was new."
@@jensaversjo316 why do you think it's a "gimmick"? It's a singing style already. If you don't like it, ok, but most people here do. Singers don't do it because it's different, but because people appreciate it.
Also, growling isn't easy at all, it's not something anyone can do. She does it way better than many singers too, and, as i stated before, the way she changes from clean vocals to growl and vice-versa is just awesome.

Daikeln it’s about 2am over here and I’m in the thick of it right now. I am trying to learn all of the lyrics so I can drive around aimlessly and do a wee lil sing along.
Their music is somewhere between Within Temptation and Arch Enemy. I liked the band altogether. I'm not sure if this band will make it or not in the future but this song has surely done it. It cannot be forgotten. I wish them all the best.

An absolutely awesome song... and another absolute goddess has been added to metal history.
This showed up in my recommendations. As soon as I heard Melissa's voice I knew i would like the band. A big part of listening to music for me is the vocalist. I haven't heard a thing yet that Melissa has been involved with that I didn't like. She has an amazing voice and she can scream. The music is great too.
This is just really really really good. Love listening to Melissa Bonny sing, and with a great band behind it it just gets better and better.

Ad Infinitum, Unleash The Archers, and In This Moment... Proof that Metal is Alive and Well and have some spectacular new mother goddess.
With you on the first two, but I have never understood why people rate In This Moment. I've tried, but I just don't get it. I like hundreds of bands, and love some, and generally prefer female lead vocalists, but I've never heard anything from ITM that makes me think 'what a good band/singer'. I guess that's on me: I know quite a lot of people rate her as a singer.

Coming from 'just another dude' this may not mean much, but this song is absolute FIRE. 10/10, and I say that in all seriousness. I've given perfect scores to songs less than a half dozen times in my life, across all genres of music. There is something here that just reaches deeper; yes you can headbang to it, but it's a testament to a track when it can make you feel something, stir something inside of you. Fantastic.

Thanks to the almighty algorithm for recommending this while I was watching Nightwish and Epica lives. This is so sick. The intro guitar riff alone would make for a great song, but then there's the rest of the song. Awesome.
