Thanks for the practical advice, I don't have any on camera yet what's a good video real for an audition that doesn't have a script build yet? maybe just use AI to generate one?
There are a few ways, the best option I think is doing a self-tape reel or auditioning for student films. Lots of details on those and more here: www.youtube.com/@BelgicaPaola/search?query=diy%20reel
Hello! I have no idea about modeling but as far as acting, it really depends on where you live and what your acting goals are. I work in LA and SF and I prefer TV/Film/Commercials and I am with MDT in SF and seeking reps in LA. As far as casting websites, I use here is a playlist on what I think of each one. ruclips.net/video/Jy1xK2cG-Ms/видео.html
@@BelgicaPaola Thanks for the tips, the other person needs to be in the scene, or just the voice is enough? Or can I remain silent and type the lines on the screen when editing?
The reader should be behind the camera so they can also be your eyeline. But if the voice is all you have, that can work too. You should not edit the lines in after as text on the screen. If absolutely necessary, you can leave it silent, but I do not recommend it. Your audition will be SOOOOO much better if you have a reader. There are lots of resources (many free) where you can get a reader. Here is one ruclips.net/video/SEMEspCaBvM/видео.htmlsi=3LH9P_S2au-vgRya
What if there is no script? “ No onscreen dialogue is required but the scenes will include reaction shots. Auditions - Please record an audition video of yourself giving the following reactions; smiling, nodding to someone off camera in agreement, and having a conversion with a new home sales rep off camera” those are the instructions
Then you can improvise. 😊 you don't have to talk to much, but create a situation for yourself based off of what they gave you. You need to decide on who specifically are you talking to? How do you feel about it? What do you want out of it? For the parts where they ask you to smile, it can be 3-4 seconds if they didn't specifically tell you how long. I have some examples here: ruclips.net/video/upsblCaze5Y/видео.htmlsi=O78mriwnVyP8gkuJ And if you want to see more examples, here's the playlist! 😊ruclips.net/p/PL6RchckIZyQd_1mREDXdQYlViX775aQyg&si=fw7MIF2-6OkkN9we
Thank you so much for your prompt reply, so helpful to have the non-speaking self-tape video. The part that’s confusing me is speaking to the new home sales rep off camera. New home sales rep is the one I’ll be speaking to. How do I induce/improvise a conversation for this non-speaking role? It’s quite confusing 😅
If you don't know anything about sales reps and home purchasing, you can google what they do. And then create a short conversation leaving some silent time for you to react. Like you can ask, "what is the square feet in this home?" as you look around and then "listen" to their answer and make up a story in your head of what is going on. For this section, it can be 10-15 seconds unless they gave you specifics. If you watch the videos I linked, it will help you get some ideas for sure!

What’s the best agency to use. I’ve started my modeling career and am a little confused on what websites are the best in 2022-2023. PLZ HELP!

Thank you. Do I have someone else read the other lines, or do I pretend someone is saying them?
I highly recommend having someone else read the lines unless. 😊

Burbank is where Dhar Mann’s videos are situated.
I'm sorry? I may have missed something. What's that?
