  • Here's another video from my 3/27/12 max day for Overhead Press, Deadlift, and Lat. Pulldowns(not on video). Here I go for 6 reps of 385 as the video title obviously preaches. Did some color curve correction which came at a loss of quality.

    You''re pretty damn strong, but there are a couple problems. The weight is not touching the floor between reps. Also, you could do a lot more weight if you learned better form. You are too bent over thus using a lot less hip and leg power than you could be. This form will get more and more dangerous as you continue to move up and use heavier loads because you are doing all of the work with your back.
