How many times I've been to the burn unit; my husband come home missing a whole finger asking me to band-aid it. Lol, I cant band-aid bone dude. It was always an "off work" incident. They took care of him, and the man kept his glove on to keep his hand somewhat intact. Dude got hit in the face by himself and actually went to the hospital, and more than anything, he left them down a guy.

That all depends on the company some companies a refusal you're black balled from employment and a fail the company offers rehab and you can return after or return 6 months if you don't accept rehab but on a probation period for an extra 180 days
@ yeah, all that is true. We contract for the pipeline, government regulated. New prospective employees come in knowing we are going to send them for a DOT drug test, and fail it. Why did you even go? I understand all the implications and dangers of hiring someone like that, my point is don’t do that to yourself.

@johncamp7679 Yep I work in the coal mining industry and they spend a shit ton of money annually for pre-employment drug screening because they do hair follicle and it goes back much further than urine and guys will still go take it knowing they won't pass it just amazes me why they will waste everyone's time and money

He was yelling at his hands to be at the store by 4:45am every morning....then his birthday he drinks so much beer and shots....for a birthday? You celebrate getting drunk till 3am on a work week,as a driller lol.... Birthday celebrations are for jr high kids.. He aint one of the toughest drillers in texas,thats for sure....failed piss test....reminds me to the T of a buddy here in south texas...knows lots and will work, but after a couple beers they just disapeer for a day or two....collects about 20-25 w2's every year lol
Tank playing the victim when it was his stupid damn decisions that got him there, seriously telling someone that is that concussed not to go get checked because he was snorting coke of a hookers ass or whatever he was doing is one of the most irresponsible things I have seen in a long time and I have seen some stupid shit.
I hope tank can get the help he needs. Hes definitely struggling mentally and addiction is never easy. I hope this is a wake up call for him and can take this moment as motivation to become better. Hes not a bad person, hes just making really shit choices.
