This game was my childhood, I remember there being a cheat code where you can have button eyes and take them on and off whenever you felt like it. It was so fun. Great game, highly recommend playing and exploring everything on your own!

56:42 that is the weirdest meter I've ever seen in a video game.
They did a similar meter in gta3 where you had to stay away from a certain car to not be suspicious so it’s really just the same meter just implemented with sound instead.

One thing I love about this trip to 2008 nostalgia is that the music for this game is for the most part really beautiful. The Composer Mark Watters is a genius and really captured to pure whimsicalness of curiosity and wonder. Especially some of the music plays like what nostalgia sounds like.

My favorite part about the tutorial is that Mel is literally only nice/encouraging when she's breaking the 4th wall. I love this game.

The creepy hand is actually everywhere in the game, like in the movie! When Coraline was cleaning the mess in the living room, it was shaped like the hand.
