Higher courts: Appellate jurisdiction versus original jurisdiction!

A wonderful discussion as always with Shane Krauser, this time about appealing/overruling lower courts via upper courts! I'm no master at Shane Krauser nor the Constitution, but he was a lawyer for a bit over a decade IIRC, and he is some kind of fire when it comes to liberty, the history of the US, and the papers that our government was created out of!
