Like for Fire Bayek, it’s 30% X 70% = 21% and then that’s added to 70% to become a 91% chance instead of 100%, right? Harmful Effect Rate from skillups are additive, so Bayek's s1 is 70% chance before skillups, then 100% after fully skilled s1.
