Thanks. I had a heck of a time getting the pads in. Then you mentioned that the piece had to be pushed flush for it to fit.

I wish you would have done a close up on how you put in the break pad. I had trouble putting it in.

Brother - always use impact sockets with an impact gun. Those sockets could explode on you! Other than that, and a couple other “iffy” practices, good informative video

I changed my break pads as you did and not there is a constant grinding noise- even when I am not stepping on the break. The noise is only from the front wheels. Any ideas? do I have to change the rotors as well? I only changed the break pads, did not do the rotors.

Aren’t you suppose to remove the master cylinder cover to relieve pressure on the caliper?

I was denied a job at a Honda dealership because on the “general knowledge “test, They asked a question about brake dust.
NEVER EVER use air to remove brake dust

Lmao that's crazy 😂😂 I thought that would've been common sense to not use air to remove brake dust.

    Brake pad sensor? WTF?
    A “Squeeler tab”???
How many wires does YOUR brake pad sensor use? I like to keep a couple brake pad sensors in the back of my tool box for troubleshooting throttle control. It’s tight next to my diesel spark plugs

U mean "Squealer tab", Yes its wear indicator, AKA sensor.

On the moving surfaces. Absolutely. It helps the pads move back when the calipers retract.
