Stuffed sausages | Fresh pork sausages with cheese Sausages in the oven | Quick lunch
Everyone knows and knows fresh sausages well 😉. Surely you have tasted boiled, fried... And have you ever eaten stuffed? If not, I suggest you make it and try it!
The recipe is very simple and not complicated at all, and the stuffed sausages taste amazing 😊.
You will need:
880g of fresh pork sausages (10 units)
100g of onion
100g of tomato
120g of grated fermented cheese
A handful of onion leaves
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of sour cream (fat does not matter)
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 teaspoon of dried dill
1 teaspoon of dried parsley
4-5 potatoes
Olive oil
Salts
Dill (dried)
