I _know_ they had to be heavy. I cried when I heard this happen. I personally knew King and Asad. Wasn't friends, but they were the popular people in school. I moved 3 months before the incident. King was known by so many people. My heart goes out to him.

The boys mom is amazing and so strong. She just lost her son yet she is worried about the best friends emotional state of mind. She is going out of her way to show him that it wasn’t his fault. She can see how bad it’s hurting him that he couldn’t save him and how guilty he feels for running. She is a beautiful caring mother and it shows.

This made me super sad, I can't imagine losing my best friend, I'm the same kids age and I got a homie I grew up with, I don't ever want him to see me in my blood dying or me seeing him in blood dying that shit is so scary and it's almost like you lost a brother my heart goes out to the kid stay strong homie ♥

This is such a tragedy, not only is the life of a 13 yr old child gone but this other boy is know forever scarred by this. You can clearly see his devastation and hearing that he feels guilty because he ran for his life is truly so sad. I hope he knows he is brave for trying to help and the violence in this world is the problem. Not him trying to save his life by running. My heart hurts
