I'm 18 years old and yesterday passed my driving test first time with 2 minors. @@nataliehewitt7172 the main thing that got me through it was by just reminding myself that the worst case scenario is that they fail you , and then you can just try again! I failed a year before I passed and I don’t know why I even waited so long to do it again! Even if you fail they tell you why so it’s just a learning curve! And cancellations are so easy to get now and you can try again, but I’m sure you will smash it! On my actual test I basically treated it like I was a taxi driver to an important passenger , to take from the fact he was actually examining me 🤣 it did the job!

Wow, I can’t believe that I passed it today. The instructor at Burgess hill test center is so friendly and nice. He helps me to overcome my nervousness. That helps me a lot to pass my test.

Passed my driving test yesterday first time with four minors ( literally dumb things whilst stationary like not fully checking blind spots, examiner even said I don't doubt the nerves at certain points took hold but otherwise a solid drive 😊 best advice I can give anyway is have a lesson before hand to iron out any concerns, then make some time to have a tea/coffee break Before the test can use this time to talk through any of the show me tell me stuff if unsure. Then make sure you arrive at the test center in plenty of time to check over any paperwork and ask questions etc.
Then for the actual test, I will say what my examiner said to me, my job is today is to simply make sure that if I pass you is that you will have many safe years of driving ahead, I'm not here to judge or criticise you as a person I'm here to help get you safely on the road regardless of today's outcome and I loved that really settled my nerves right away and took the pressure off a bit. He was a top bloke very kind and clear with instructions, I had the drive into a parking bay and emergency stop as my manoeuvres, also nabbed 2 of the minors during the parking. Best of luck to anyone taking there test you will do fine 😊

I've had 220 driving lessons I password my theory test in may 26 this year because of the delay my driving instructor said to me I'll have to wait 6 month's for my driving test he said he will call me nice video watching the video helps I'll let you know when i take my test this year I hope

Book it ASAP! You're already talking late March so it gives you plenty of time to get ready, sometimes you can find cancellations though.

Is it worthwhile mentioning that dashcams can be used to record as long as they only film outside the vehicle (it must not film the inside), don't block examiner's view and not record audio from inside the vehicle?

I have my driving test on Monday (currently Friday) I am very nervous as it got rescheduled by the DVSA! I am super super nervous but am trying to keep my cool and watch lots of videos! No one knows I have my test so I can't talk to anyone about it! Wish me luck!

I watch your video it is very helpful but I fail today very upset. I failed twice rain today so I m nurvose. I don't know when I passed my test. Soo sad.
My instructor never told me that there would be questions before the actual test ? wtf I never knew id have to know where the engine coolant is and stuff how many questions will they ask me before the actual test ?

@tu_playa573 so basically I was going right and no one was there plus cars behind, so I went them the van decided to speed up when I got into the lane and passed me and maked me serious there
@@snxw7 so basically you affected the speed of the other driver, but was it a close encounter, was it a serious fault, surely enough if you didn’t endanger you or other road users then it should be a minor

Take some deep breaths and try to stay calm - remember that nerves are normal and everyone feels them at some point!
Listen carefully to the examiner's instructions and ask for clarification if you're not sure about something.

The driving test starts (38-40 mins start from?) from the time eye sight test is done, or from the time examiner sits in the car or from the time engine is turned on?

failed my test as the instructor swore I didn't look right at a roundabout when I know 100% I did. There was no recording so I couldn't contest it...it sucks as she even said I drove perfectly until then, which made me even more upset as if she saw me look right I would of probably passed :( Look like an owl I guess

Yes, as long as you're in control of the car (not swinging out far from the kerb when turning left for example).

@@mehsenk4902 I failed just for stopping a bit earlier than the Stop line however I passed on my 2nd test with only 2 minors. It's not that bad the first route was the hardest In the area however my 2nd test had one of the easier routes.

They tell you to bring you the theory test certificate but they don't normally want to see it :)
