In the video, we review the industry standard test for measuring gas and VOC removal (AHAM AC-4).
Test Procedure: VOC removal testing was performed referencing AHAM AC-4-2022 “Method of Assessign the Reduction Rate of Chemical Gases by a Room Air Cleaner.”
The unit was placed in the center of a chamber operated at max fan speed. An Additional enclosure fan was operated to ensure air mixing. Testing was separated into three testing phases described below; chamber was purged prior to initiating next testing phase. Following a 48 hour run-in period toluene, limonene, and heptane were tested as a mixture. Ammonia and formaldehyde were tested individually.

I just bought the TrueCarbon filter that covers 350 sq ft, specifically to remove high ground-level ozone.
Even with the fan turned all the way up in a small enclosed room, there does not seem to have been any improvement.
Do I need a different filter?

Is that metal case and mesh?

The filters in the video have a mesh material that holds in the carbon. The filters have either a cardboard or plastic frame.
