I have minor comment on this video correct me if am wrong Since the Normal working hour/ week= 48hr so it will be monthly working hour = [48*4] =192hr/month but most company Saturday is half day 44hr/ week so it will be 176hr/month. I think the gross salary will be divided by either 192 hr or 176 hr. Dividing gross salary by 240hr/month [8hr*30days] is a mistake. It will contradict with the normal working 48hr/ week regulation. Thanks for your comment & question .your question is logically it is correct and it is even applicable most of developed countries, those are hired employees based on hourly payment , every employers pays as per working hours .My video prepared for countries like Ethiopia , employees are hired monthly salary. Hence , within a month there is Saturday and Sunday but since the agreement are monthly based 30*8hrs=240 hr ✍️if your company pays salary based on hourly you can use as per total of employees worked
