We Can Finally Show You The Interior of smart #1 - Mercedes-Benz Designed and Built This!

We first showed you the smart #1 about three weeks ago, but couldn't show you the interior. There was an embargo placed on it, but now we can finally show you everything about the car - except its price. The smart #1 is one of the nicest EV's on the market but that's not surprising as it is built by Mercedes-Benz.

Happy to hear they are doing away with the white plastic panel. Hopefully they'll bring in the matte silver trim

I think you are mistaken about the white center console. It's the gold tone center console which has a light colored dashboard that is causing bad reflections

Actually, it is the entire white panel of the dashboard that causes bad reflections. This is what we were told during the preview. There's also word that the white panel might not be offered here in Malaysia, but we don't know for sure yet. Apparently it will be replaced with something that is not so reflective.

Why can't they use physical buttons instead of ordering the car to do things. It's a lot faster and safer with knobs and buttons.
