This is one of my favorite cakes ever! So many tips in this video I’ll be storing away, but shortening under luster dust is just sheer genius, and I’m going to try it with set gum paste as well.
That's beautiful !! Tricky making that galaxy pop like that !!! I swear roses are easier to make- not a pastry chef, I just mess around- I thought the galaxy cake was gorgeous 🎆🎇

Mary, good afternoon. What cream do you use for texture? Will cream cheese work well with butter?
❤👏💐
The question is when you bake your cakes is it from scratch or manufactured and how do you keep your cake from being dense
Beautiful!! I need to invest in a good airbrush machine. Any recommendations??
I love my cordless ones;) Cordless Airbrush Kit with Compressor, 32PSI High-Pressure Avhrit Portable Cordless Airbrush Compressor Kit for Painting, Tattoo, Nail Art, Mode, Makeup, Cake, Barbershop, T-Shirt Painting, Tanning a.co/d/iyeDslm
Hi mary what if i don't have airbrush? Pls❤❤❤
You could dry brush too;)
Mary can you pls help? I use smb, when I pipe a shell border my icing keeps on lifting from the cake as I pipe.. Is my icing to soft or too stiff?
I would say maybe too stiff? It is hard to say for sure without seeing it happen, you know?
