Sweet Potato Soybean Paste
ingredient:
300g sweet potato
1 onion
1 red pepper
1 green onion
1 tablespoon soybean paste
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tablespoon garlic
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon salt
1. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to boiling water and boil for 3~4 minutes, then rinse in cold water.
2. Cut boiled sweet potato shoots into about 5cm.
3. Cut the onion as if shredded. Cut the red pepper and green onion diagonally.
4. Add 1 spoon of garlic to the sweet potato shoots, 1 spoon of soybean paste, 1 spoon of red pepper powder, and 1/2 spoon of sesame oil and mix well with the seasoning.
5. Put seasoned sweet potato shoots in a pot and pour 400ml of water. Add about 20 anchovy and onion and boil over medium heat. Add red pepper and green onion and cook until the broth is gone.
