Thanks for the concern guys. Yes we have a first aid kit and constantly applied Betadine and band aids but the conditions out here make it near impossible to fight infection. The Great Adventure continues in the New Episode, see you there! 🤙
Strick if you plan on getting back in your small boat you would better off coming from the opposite way & do Koolan Island ,Montgomery Reef & Talbot Bay etc. I have lived in the Top End for over 3 decades & we have done these trips many times, in both large boats used as a mother ship from Darwin to Broome & my own 7mtr CC Dive boat coast hopping . You use to be able to get Drums of fuel left at Koolan etc when they had their supplies barged in ,not sure if you still can ,do some research on WW2 history of the region, plane crashes & rescues,Curtins Cowboys etc & where they were based .Between spending time around those islands, the falls ,rock art & showing historic untouched WW2 artifacts,it will give your views & subs a boost & potential to go viral if you keep the filming standard up .We always dived with bang sticks in those areas,l recommend you do the same .Hope you repair well ,diluted, as recommended Betadine is the go in tropical conditions applied frequently, takes up little space in first aid kit.Great that you are having a crack at it ,love the vids, you are both great ambassadors for our sport of Spearfishing & should have gear sponsors kicking your door down
Bumped into Fran & yourself at the servo on the highway outside of Karratha last year. You guys are as genuine & friendly off camera as you are on. The content you guys are coming out with is absolutely epic, keep pushing on. We're all loving it. -- STAY SAFE🤙
I’m very impressed with you both, and the Salty Dingo! Thanks for taking us with you, sharing locations and scenery that I would never have dreamed of. Love the intelligent decisions you guys make, although, I will say the hair on my neck stands up when you guys are traversing along the cliffs and rock formations…. And when you set up camp surrounded by big crocs… Rest up, heal up, and get back out there! Cheers!
Heal up and rest well, Strick! Thanks to You and Fran for taking us along with you on yet another Amazing Adventure!! You two take us places few humans have ever been to, even in our modern age and even though man had lived from generation to generation in the Kimberly's going back hundreds, thousands maybe even many thousands of years! I'm completely enjoying the education! I wish you and Frannie a Happy 2022, Best Wishes from a -32C Western Canada!! - Dave
My goodness Strick and Fran the two of you work together extremely well. I used to dream of doing the same stretch of coast that you youngsters are doing now. What stopped me from doing that stretch was the insecurity of leaving my tow vehicle and trailer at a launching ramp for an extended period of time. The tidal flow and height also scared me. I chose to spend 3 months in 2011 and 4 months during 3013; sailing in the western side of the Gulf of Carpentaria around the Sir Edward Pellow group of Islands and north of Groote Eylandt by my self. I left the Truck and trailer in the King Ash Bay Service Station secured parking area. I missed going the last two dry seasons due to closed borders. Now my wife's disability needs constant care. Looks like I have missed the boat. A huge thanks for taking me along for this tour.
I'm truly sorry about your injury, Strick. Hope you're all good-to-go now. Man, that place with the two waterfalls is SPECTACULARLY BEAUTIFUL!!! I hope I don't miss the continuation. Y'all be careful and stay safe out there.
I've been following you two from the start of your adventures up the east coast, maybe a bit before that with you & Ash. Don't believe I've ever commented, maybe once but just wanted to let you know how much I've enjoyed the content. Sure makes one wish he was young again and had excess to the technology of today to make a living doing what you love. Anyway take care of yourself and that beautiful woman of your's Fran, she's the pearl of the show and I'm amazed she's willing to partake in such a hazardous journey but good on her for immersing herself in life... shows great character.
The Kimberleys Remain Undefeated - Grew up there... My brothers ashes are up in the Mitchell Plateau - Missing it from the lockdown capital of the world Melbourne. Thanks guys.
Good on you for getting that treated. Smart decision. What a beautiful place that twin waterfall with the really cool cliffs around it. Looking forward to the next leg of the adventure when you're all healed up!
Guys, your content is amazing and your video and video editing is superb. I have never traveled to Australia, but this part of the world looks like a throw-back to ancient times. Absolutely breath taking and beautiful. Great work. Praying that leg is healing up nicely.
Strick and Fran, thank you for sharing your adventures with us. I love your positive attitudes and willingness to explore. Thank you for bringing awareness to keeping our oceans healthy as well. Well done both of you.
You two are amazing and I don't want to forget your parents. You and your girl are true adventurer's and I thank you so much for filming it for the rest of us. Truly amazing places.
why people go overseas is beyond me , Australia has it all . Those water falls , STUNNING , I have watched a few of your episodes and have really enjoyed them ( commented on your last one ) , I will now subscribe .. What a life . yes there is some bad behind the scenes , but what you post is AWESOME , STUNNING & just Bloody beaut . thank you , aussie bob , corny name but I normally post overseas , I live in the far south west qld .. so thank you for doing what you do ..travel safe ..
Wise decision my friends. I love you guys! Get well and we’ll look forward to being swept away from our mundane lives by you soon! What beautiful lives you’re living! Many blessings to you both!
Good call to head back in due to weather and most importantly to get your leg looked at. Looking forward to when you guys return, and show us more amazing places there.
I don't know how many people have had to make decision like you did to run through 14 hours of 25 knots wind on open seas in a 17 foot boat at night but I've been close enough to that a couple of times to know that took some real grit. I imagine the salty dingo may have a few loose bits of hardware after that. Well done! Fran deserves something special for that. Love your videos.
Strickers along with the Multivitamin suggestion from last adventure, my adventure advice this trip is to also pack some bactroban with you for the next adventure. You are always wet getting in and out of boats and wounds in the tropics with all that good stuff in the water can get away from you. Great Video, felt for you both punching back into the weather - that looked just horrible. Thanks for sharing the entertainment. Stay Safe!
What an incredible spot!!!😯 what a place ! wahouw ! must be an incredible feeling being there on the salty dingo and living this adventure in Wild Australia 👌 Strick & Fran you're legends ! thankyou for sharing and making us dream! 🤙
Thank you for taking us on your adventure! The stunning scenery and glimpse into history are priceless gifts! Until next time, be well Strick and Fran🤙PS: It's been a while since we have seen AZ. I hope he is doing well! --Jessica from Florida 🌞
So breath taking and beautiful what great footage . Such a good call to get the leg treated and not risk it love the channel and keep up the fantastic work
I have done 15 trips to the Kimberley’s got caught out with an infection in one of my fist trips from then on I made sure I carried 2 week supply of antibiotics It would be a wise move to get a full RFD medical kit. I’m sure you guys have a sat phone in case of a real emergency it brings back memories seeing those places. The last 2 years I’ve been fishing in Arnhem Land great fishing but not the beauty of the kimberleys
Breathtaking scenes! You guys are very adventurous and bring to us the best of Australia! Thanks to you, Australia is at the top of the following five destinations.
What a wild adventure. Must have been heart breaking to have to make this decision but you 100% did the right thing. Infections like that can get scary fast. Hope you’re on the mend already!
20,000 miles that's almost 7 times across the USA. That doesn't seem right since Australia is a little shorter than the continental USA. love your vids ! Also your intro is amazing. The timing of the music when Fran says "Cannonball!" is the best!
Glad to see that you both made it through those rough seas and are back on solid ground, and also that Stick is getting some medical attention to that infected cut.
Man this episode gave me cold shivers guys. To get to such an epic spot then have to head home in the dark in unknown waters. Far out what a mission. Hope you guys get out again soon. So good. 👊
Best of luck, you two deserve it! Can’t wait to see the next part of your adventures, get well soon. By the way, I grew up in PNG in Lae myself and I’m absolutely missing it. Greets from Germany
I recognized King George Falls in the Kimberley. Crazy guys, alone in croc infested rivers! Glad you only had a leg infection. Wish you would always show us where you are on a map in each video.
Hay mate what you been up too Been rubbing the Salty Dingo into your wounds again, bit late watching the latest vlog but you never cease to amaze me with the great places you find, keep it going, one of the best on RUclips. Take care, and watch out for one another.
Thanks for the concern guys. Yes we have a first aid kit and constantly applied Betadine and band aids but the conditions out here make it near impossible to fight infection.
The Great Adventure continues in the New Episode, see you there! 🤙
Beautiful area but when you see croc just bathing on the rock.is there a place around there that have crocs?

Best series on You tube, Fran is definitely a keeper, don't throw her back please.

All I can think while watch you two live your adventures is how badly I mucked away my youth. Y’all are dominating life.

One thing I learned about hanging out in the remote tropics - always carry some broad spectrum antibiotics!!
I have done 15 trips to the Kimberley’s got caught out with an infection in one of my fist trips from then on I made sure I carried 2 week supply of antibiotics It would be a wise move to get a full RFD medical kit.
