I don't think they would take it away completely because people use the pen for many things like signing docs writing and drawing etc. not many use it to take pictures like they say. And after people going crazy after not being able to take pics with it samsung will definitely not get rid of the pen for good. HEHEHEHEHE
so wheres all the old greatness fromt the channel? rooting phones and things you did back 11years ago? lol great videos. just watched the old video of the htc one. one of the best phones ever made.
I truly never used the Bluetooth functions in the s-pen, sure I wish Samsung left it as a feature but not having Bluetooth is by no means a deal breaker for me. I think Samsung did miss an opportunity to integrate Galaxy Bixby/Gemini AI with S-Pen features. I have no idea how AI could be used with the S-Pen but I am sure Samsung would have figured something out.
Mine arrives tomorrow. I usually order black but ordered the green this time just for kicks. Im the guy that usually upgrades annually but I skipped the 24 ultra and stuck with the 23 ultra. Just didn't really see much that I would need to upgrade. This time though with all the AI I excited once again and can't wait to get using it tomorrow. Also I have a Galaxy Book 4 Edge and Im all in on ARM based products. Great videos as always... Thanks!
They keep downgrading features, first on the 24 ultra they take away the awesome 10x optical zoom (which is.why i sold mine and kept the 23 ultra) and now the Bluetooth Spen and ruin the design on the 25. Was so easy to pass this year and its the first time i haven't bought the new S device since the S3
A lot of the “outrage” is from: 1) Apple fans pretending to be Samsung fans 2) S24 U owners with FOMO 3) Creators using the outrage for clicks 4) Legit people who use the features (not that many according to Samsung)
Doesn't matter if you giving a feature from long time why you stopping and making excuses that no one using..there is so many features in phone which we don't use often
Silver one looks fantastic. A phenomenon - I think max 20 people used S Pen Bluetooth from bout 500 and used it few times in 2 year (I used it 2 times in 2 year almost exactly) but somehow I am sad that feature gone. Keep every feature and add more and more.
That audio eraser was really freaking good. I do feel like the removal of Bluetooth was completely unnecessary wether only a small portion of people used it or not. It's always a bummer when companies cut features.
I never used the gestures in the S-Pen, but I'm still disappointed because I *did* use the button as a shutter control for the camera. It was super useful. Using my wearOS watch isn't as convenient all the time. It can be nice when I need to frame up a shot with the main camera, but there's more of a delay with it and it's not as quick to just do.
I think your prediction re removing the S Pen and slot, and making it an option is dead-on. I bet it happens with the S26 Ultra. Meanwhile, I love the S Pen. I mainly use it for scrolling and screen actions as it's so much smoother and precise than my finger. Plus it reduces fingerprints on the screen. And you taught me some useful S Pen features I didn't know about. Thanks!
I just upgraded to S23 Ultra half a year ago but now got a superb offer from Samsung to buy S25 Ultra with 1TB storage with 400$ discount while they take the S23U back for extra 650$. So I went for it. Sounds bad that they removed the Bluetooth from S Pen - but as much as I love the S Pen I have to admit I used the BT functions only at time when I learnt they are there. Even the shutter is not really necessary as my tripod that I use for selfie has far better remote shutter solution. I am indifferent to the change, although at first the instinct is to call it a robbery so I am not surprised there is a backlash. I love upgraded ultrawide camera as I use it very often. The AI functions look neat, looking forward to them and I hope they support my native language. My understanding is that my S23U would get these functions anyway. I hope I won't regret it as I considered S23U the best phone I ever had, but contrary to what the noise is I do not think S25U is a downgrade, I remain enthusiastic and can't wait for my preorder to come.
You connect your phone to a projector and give a presentation. You can easily switch slides or photos with the S Pen. This is a really useful and productive feature. Gestures are useless.
About the S-Pen and taking pictures, did you know, 1. your watch can take pictures, 2. you can raise your hand and show your palm, your phone will recognize your hand and start a countdown. Besides the Air Gestures, there is really nothing you lose
I really do use the spen features, especially the remote shutter. The problem is the note series had really devote users. They acknowledged this by making the Ultra Note like. By making it more 'basic' they're alienating the most devoted users they have. And the fold series is not a replacement. And wont be until the day the inner screen cannot be dented by a damn fingernail, let alone the spen Edit: as any note user would tell you, the beauty of the spen isn't that you use it all day everyday, but that it's there when you need it and tucked away when you don't.
Remove spen and give the ultra series more battery. Samsung should have done this last year. Hope you can also do a video if we can uninstall all AI features, thank you.
I use the s pen as a pen so I rarely use bluetooth/air actions for both my note 9 and galaxy tab s7 plus but Im planning to upgrade my phone to something that still has an s pen so the lack of bluetooth doesn't affect me. I really just use it as a pen 😅.
Still using the Note 20 Ultra and held off switching to the new Iphone to see what the S25 was going to be. I use the s pen a lot and need it to have bluetooth. Had all ready said a few years ago if we were no longer going to have the SD card I might as well get an Iphone so this might just be what pushes me over to apple
