This is how to recreate Yeah Jaron Expanding World Border with commands in vanilla Minecraft.
You may remember that time I recreated the Lifesteal Smp with commands and this is like that. Yeah Jaron plays on the Smp with people like ParrotX2, Rekrap2, and SpokeIsHere.

Once the world is big enough, the sensor won't be inside a simulated chunk anymore and therefore won't work if you're far enough away from it, right?
True, but if it’s in the spawn chunk it should always be loaded or if it’s not you can use the command /forceload in the chunk to always keep it loaded

btw it doesnt need to be this long you could do 1 by 3, or 3 by 1 (wont work as well tho)
how do i delete it? and how do i get it where i want it to be, also how do i get it centered cause when ever the border gets bigger it always gets like 1 and a half and it annoys me

Just use " - " like worldborder add -10

Just hookup the command block with a etho redstone clock set for 5min

Sadly not... The worldborder is not in bedrock.
sadly pointless if it is outside of the border :( (even with forceload it doesn't work)
I placed a commandblock and a daylightsensor on top of it.
edit: I changed the sensor to night and then it works for me
