PT you continually speak to me. I am at the point where I know my procrastination has to stop. It's unfruitful. I have been having small wins at the point of hearing this message and it has encouraged me so much to find the real me that is inside of me. Momentum is what I need and now I will not quit with the small wins. I will continue in consistency until I'm in the flow of God. I have mastered this in some areas of my life, but procrastination has been a stronghold for me, so THANK YOU for passing on that precious nugget to me. Exactly what I needed to hear. God is so faithful and kind and patient. He makes me want to be a better version of myself.

thank you for this message. I was with my husband for 46 years and we had a sense of humor with each other. He passed away. Since his passing, I met a person who is great but he doesn't find humor in some of my comments. They are not derogatory but he fills they are not kind.. We were on the phone, he was on his way home and just as he pulled in the driveway he complained about not getting a burger for later. I said "just turn around lazy bones" and he was offended by that comment. So your message regarding discipline and me having a new life, I know I must change because he is a different person that doesn't have the same sense of humor as my husband did.
This has been liberating to keep going in discipline
Thank you for this. What you've said is EXACTLY how I feel. It can actually be emotionally painful and exhausting to not be consistent and disciplined...like a roller coaster. No matter what I have to follow through what i tell my patients- I must stand on my SQUARE, keep pushing through, and not let anyone or anything (trauma, work, negative influences, etc) move me off that SQUARE. Bless you🙏

Firstly, this is an amazing podcast., PT! I am a SEL (social and emotional learning) Coach for a very large school district in Indianapolis and these podcasts are so encouraging and reaffirming. Being able to break life down like this is a true gift and you're modeling great coaching practices. I am definitely a student and hoping to have the same confidence and cohesiveness as I grow in my position.
