I can speak fluently, but i don't have listening skill 😭
I repeat this vid 3 times.
1st listening with automatic CC + writing the vocab and phrases
2nd listening wo any CC + writing new phrases that I didnt write
3rd repeating every phrase and imitate the pronunciation and also the accent

i love watching both of you, the pronounciation is very clearly for me who newbi in english, and your topic is relateable to my life, where i now love to know about what i eat to keep healthy, i want to share a my experience about my diet program, i start keep a attention to what i eat since 2019, i am still eat everything but in small amount to reduce the total of calories, but i cut of relationship with beverage and sugar, in a year maybe i'd only drink 2 or three glass of it, i am only use sugar for person who diabetics which is the calori is zero. i succeed to reduce my weight from 90 kilos to 73 kilos in 2 year without feelling i am on diet program, it is maybe a long time to reduce weight just 17 kilos for two years but I hold on tight to a word of wisdom "Doing little but consistent better than doing much but sometimes".
