would be nice, but no - 1st amendment rights protect them - but if you can prove Trump asked them to do it, HE is violating the gag order by getting others to help. So they can't be charged but Trump can be - given that he outright said they were here as, and he used the word, surrogates for him. That word is important because the gag order specifically uses that word as something Trump cannot use as a work around. I think he can be charged, but we'll have to wait and see if he is.

Time will push Trump off the stage soon enough, but the damage that the politicization of the media and justice system is doing will be ongoing. How can even the most committed ideologue be so myopic as not to see this? We all have a stake in an America where justice and information diffusion are both politically neutral.

I was about offer grudging congrarulations for finding a way to get around the gag order. Then I heard what they were saying. Some of this probably does violate the gag order because he is causing them to say it. Somebody else can decide about that, but this is clearly an attempt to intimidate the court and witnesses, and maybe the jury too. It's a disgrace.
