Considering Mr. Corman started from scratch I admire what he built and will watch any videos on his acheivements I come across

Not quite from scratch: he has a uncle the owned a front loader and back hoe. RJ taught himself how to load it onto a RR flat car without using a ramp. Look at up bio, it's a good read.

I work for RJ Corman after leaving CSX. Not as much pay but the home life is so much better

These engineers are making good use of the locomotives acceleration to do manoeuvres faster.

Can you tell us what they are doing and why? What’s in the boxcars? Looks like a good sized industry.

Hello Tom, tom RJ, Corman, services South Carolina between Conway going into North Carolina moving mostly farm foods. They move a lot of grain from the farmers. They also move municipal waste and since south Carolina is a large logging industry. They move wood material between Conway and points in North Carolina. RJ Corman also has locations in Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia and I’m sure other states
