Thanks for your attention about climate crisis. I was shock when I seen the ice sheet was melting rapidly and this factor is caused by our humans, We exploit numerous of the fuel and carbon. As a result this occur gigantic carbon to destroy the boundary in earth. Not only individual But also society and business need to remind this demise and find the way to resolve that there are several key to figure out pace of emit Co2. As you mentioned in video, We need to invent the renewal technology which it can reduce the pollution damage in the earth. Nowadays, There are existing some of the solution in the business such as electronic car. But it just small piece of the part, for more effectively sustainable energy we need to create a diverse of the part in the business. Perhaps cooperation gather to build a one symphony orchestra to overcome the climate change for the better future.

Cut 2% of today's level of fossil trade financing, licenses and permits per month down to zero by 2030.
Avoid methane emissions by replacing fossil extraction with landfill and biogas as soon as possible as much as possible.
Scrap fossil equipment to avoid reuse as soon as possible.
Increase energy efficiency 8% per year.
New biomass harvesting and planting equal to a trillion more trees' weight by 2060.
Guard biodiversity equal to 40% cut in shipping traffic and like terrestrial measures immediately.

If workers could run the world they would. People have always needed leaders to govern societies, but you make a good point. People should look to their leaders far less than they do and run their own lives and affairs. If a leader has powers to give then he also has power to take away. Both powers should be greatly diminished.

Yes, the climate crisis requires courageous leaders to make the poor people agree to go along with the sustainability efforts.
Poverty is the main opposing force to environmental sustainability, because poor people cannot care less about the environment. They have way more immediate concerns, and that's all they see.
If you want to deal with the climate crisis without first dealing with poverty, then yes, you will need courageous leaders who can still win elections without the support of poor voters.
I mean, you can see the opposing forces right here in the comments section. There are a lot of underprivileged and undereducated people, who are probably flat earthers, and they continue to deny climate change, due to their tunnel vision and limited cognitive capabilities. You need courageous leaders to get their buy-in.

God loves you and takes care of you so that this message reaches you. God is the one who created this great universe and has complete control over it. And the greatest loss that a person loses in this life is that he lives while he does not know God who created him, knowing the Messenger of Muhammad, the last of the messengers, and the Islamic religion, the last of the heavenly religions. The great intelligence, before you believe in something or not, is to read it, study it, and understand it well, and then you have the choice to believe in it or not. I advise you on this now before you do not have time to do that.
