Just watched your video from start to finish, and by far the best instructional video on the teardrop loop, tying the loop to the main part of your bracelet and completing the bracelet through to the end, what a great instructor you are. Thank You
Best video I've seen for beginners! - going over everything in such detail and making everything so calm and possible. From this I went from having literally no skills and failing miserably the few times I had tried previously to make any sort of bracelet to making an amazing attempt at a very pretty bracelet. Thank you sooooo much!
I totally agree. If, like me, you are a total beginner, this is the leg up you need to get going. Huge thanks to the creator of this video for your clarity. I particularly found the "forward knot" and "reverse knot" concepts hugely useful.
Thank you SO much for an actual comprehensive guide of how to continue after doing the loop! Some of these other guides (for triangle starts) were just not explaining how to carry on after getting all the strings inward, so I gave up after 6 tries and 3 hours of frustration 😆😱 At least here I'm getting something that resembles a bracelet, haha! I was starting to go insane trying to figure it out as a complete beginner 😭
This was a great video. I watched 2 others before this and did not understand what was happening. You explained everything calmly and straightforward. Thanks
Measurements- 2:08 to 2:32 Extra info- 2:58 to 3:33 Loop instructions- 4:08 to 5:00 - 5:45 to 6:10 - 7:33 to 8:40 - 8:45 to 9:03 - 10:04 to 10:18 Making the bracelet- 10:50 to 11:12 (then repeat for colors on that side) - 11:41 to 12:05 (then repeat again) - 12:32 to 12:40 (Continue bracelet until desired length) Finishing off the bracelet- 22:36 to 22:43 (repeats on both sides) (Tie a knot at the end of your braid) Putting on the bracelet- 23:51 to 24:10
I’m planning to have these bracelets be a project choice for a “communication through color project” for my students at school. This was a great tutorial.
This video just made it so easier for me to understand, and when she said, if you don't have friends like me, it really touched. She makes friendship bracelets having no friends! 🥺
I actually got to finish my Chevron friendship bracelet with this tutorial it really helped me a lot it's very explanatory and much easier than the others I appreciate it thank you very much I subscribed and I like your channel
So since its a forward and backward you go over making a four and then under and hold your main string steady while you pull the one your making a color with
tried a couple tutorials b4 this one and i’m just now hearing about forward and backward knots. no wonder my test bracelet looks like trash! thank you so much!!
Don't remember if I've already left a comment here, but I still come back to this video regularly because I always forget how to start and end the bracelet. Thank you for posting this, it's been super helpful. :')
Thank you so much for this beautiful tutorial! It was comprehensive and you made it easy for me and my 6yr old daughter to learn without being lengthy. Will totally watch more videos. Brings me back to 5th grade making these bracelets for my friends. I’m a bit rusty but I’m sure with practice I’ll get good again. Thanks again! You rock! 🙏😊
Soooo helpful and well explained, thank you! ❤️ I don't understand the complaints of some people here, forward knots and backward knots are absolutely clear. If someone doesn't know them, maybe they should take a look at a basic tutorial first
❤nice tutorial! I watched your basic tutorial first then this one. It all made perfect sense😂. Now I’ve got to make more! Thank you so much you are very patient . Keep up the great work.😊
My favorite video and pattern so far! I’ve never been a fan of the raw edges or unfinished look. The loop and braids is the perfect touch for a legit bracelet 🤙🏻 thank you so much!!
I really appreciated the very careful and methodical manner in which you displayed the tear loop and braided ends. The best tutorial I have watched. Thank you very much☺️
This tutorial was awesome!! I bought knitting yarn a while ago and forgot to buy the pins (lol), but i was able to make a bracelet even out of the knitting yarn. Huzzah
Thank you for this!!! I've made some amazing friendship bracelets, but it's been a few years, so I really need your guidance on getting back into making more, I'm slightly rusty, lol 😂
Great video, made my first bracelet. Do you have a video where you show the forward en backward knot in more detail? I don't get that completly jet. Thanks
Your video is super easy to follow and I was able to complete my first adult friendship bracelet for my friend’s birthday. Even though it took me a whole day to complete it. Lol
Thanks so much for your awesome tutorial! I always forget how to make these from summer to summer when I want to make some for my sons to wear when they go away to sleepover camp for the summer. Your video is really helpful!
Very good tutorial. 🎉 My only suggestion would be in replacing this side or that side, be more concise working on my left side or right side. Also suggest the loop indication in centimetres or how many stitches, which you did (but I like even numbers and went with 12 😉). And always beneficial to see your hands. I’m a visual person, for the most part seeing the design take place was excellent. Thank you for sharing 😊
If you have trouble getting the bracelet to stick to the table with tape, use a binder clip to hold it and then tape the binder clip to the table. The metal of the binder clip sticks to the tape better than it does to the thread.
this tutorial is very nice and helpful I would love it if you made another video explaining how to do the bordered chevron bracelet but that's just my idea. keep up the good work
i’m having trouble gathering the string at the end when you’re supposed to do backward forward and forward backwards knots. any tips? time stamp is 20:47
1 year later, I see she's up to 8,370 subscribers... Good for you KLTO! I'm using this design for my First bracelet/practice... I thought I just wanted a two color Chevron design. Three strands of Red and Three strands of Blue on each side. I would advise against doing this for your first! I think having different colors will help keep from getting lost in the pattern! I'm continuing to work through this one just for knot practice, but definitely looking forward to my next actual attempt! Thanks KLTO for the great videos!
Great design. Could this be done with 550 paracord aswell? If so, How long would I have to cut the wires for a bracelet aprox? Love to hear some tips from you! Greets from the netherlands, Oskar
Yay !!!! Thank you!!!! I just want to hang out have some wine play music bc you clearly are a musician and do Jewelry!!! 😁😁😁😁😁😁🇺🇸🇺🇸🌸🌸🌸🔥🔥🌸🌸🌸💜💜💜💜🩰🩰🩰☕️☕️☕️☕️thank you for this video !
There is space in between my knots especially on the backward knot side, I need to know what I'm doing wrong? I think I am tying them tight but when I look at it there are holes in it! It doesn't look like yours. help!
Thank you so much for this easy to follow tutorial. I am quite new to bracelet making and have just completed this one and I love it. Just wish I had left my ties a little bit longer. ❤
Thank you so much. I'm 70 and just made my first friendship bracelet!!

Videos like this make me look like a super hero to my stepdaughters. They don’t need to know my secret power is RUclips.

I’m trying to do friendship bracelets with my 10 year old daughter, and I so appreciate this video! You are amazing! Thank you so so much ❤️
same! my daughter is 10 years old, and i made this pattern for her and her friends. thanks for sharing such an amazing video! helped me a lot. 🥰
When beginning the loop, on the part where you do it reverse, her hands are off screen where I can’t tell if she’s going under or over ;;;
I feel the same way.
Time stamp and I’ll tell you because I’ve used her tut before
@@EMB06020 i can’t tell either, the time is around 4:50
Always above. Over the thread.
So since its a forward and backward you go over making a four and then under and hold your main string steady while you pull the one your making a color with

Girl thank you for this. ive been searching and trying tons of videos. this is the only one who worked
Thank you so much for this beautiful tutorial! It was comprehensive and you made it easy for me and my 6yr old daughter to learn without being lengthy. Will totally watch more videos. Thank you soo much I have been doing a basic knot bracelet for 2 years and I saw this and it has been by far my fav!!!
Thanks! You explained it so well. I bet when I make this it won't be a failure like a few other tutorials I tried.😅
Thank you!! I knew how to make the bracelet part, but could'nt find a thorough enough video for the end of the bracelet. Super helpful!!!
This video is so beginner friendly and easy to follow along.
Thank you thank you ❤️❤️
My favorite video and pattern so far! I’ve never been a fan of the raw edges or unfinished look. The loop and braids is the perfect touch for a legit bracelet 🤙🏻 thank you so much!!
I want a thick bracelet. How many strings i should use? Really nice, helpful video.
bro this is the most helpful one I’ve seen i now know
I really appreciated the very careful and methodical manner in which you displayed the tear loop and braided ends. The best tutorial I have watched. Thank you very much☺️
Thank you so much! I’ve always wanted to do a tear drop loop and I did it perfectly! I’m definitely following more tutorials
Super easy tutorial. Love the very friendly way you explain the process! Keep it up. A thumb up for you (Liked the video and suscribed 😊!)
Your explanations is excellent!
I was just confused about the beginning, because I haven’t seen if it’s over.
Thank you so much I’m a beginner and I’ve watched multiple chevron bracelet tutorials but this one was the only one I actually understood
Hi this was a great tutorial just wondering how do you make sure that your braid don't fall through your loop when wearing it
Brilliant tutorial 👏 I completed in 3 hours, I find it therapeutic so thank you 😊
thank you for posting video, May I ask you how length each string before you work? thank you
a first timer got it right the first time! thank you so much for an easy guide!
I wish you could show more of the string on how you did the backward forward knots because it cropped out
Nice color combination!❤️❤️
Wish, I had friends like you.
That's a beautiful bracelet.
Can you show us how to make that beginning loop and then transition into making a simple striped bracelet?
this tutorial was helpful! i just started friendship bracelets so this was very easy to follow! thank youuu!
Great video, made my first bracelet. Do you have a video where you show the forward en backward knot in more detail? I don't get that completly jet. Thanks

What about if you wanna make a teardrop loop for another kind of bracelet? Like a candy stripe or spiral??

this video helped me understand the teardrop method thank you very much
Did you do a 4 string braid at the end? I better look that one up!
If you have trouble getting the bracelet to stick to the table with tape, use a binder clip to hold it and then tape the binder clip to the table. The metal of the binder clip sticks to the tape better than it does to the thread.
Very clear tutorial. Made my very first bracelet like this today. Thanks a lot. 🥰
I love watching your videos ❤️❤️
this tutorial is very nice and helpful I would love it if you made another video explaining how to do the bordered chevron bracelet but that's just my idea. keep up the good work
How do you tailor your length of thread to wrist circumference ? I.e 6” wrist vs 8” wrist How to determine thread length?
i’m having trouble gathering the string at the end when you’re supposed to do backward forward and forward backwards knots. any tips? time stamp is 20:47
Best video I’ve seen, thankyou so much! You’ve made it seem really simple and I can’t wait to try the loop ❤
1 year later, I see she's up to 8,370 subscribers... Good for you KLTO!

How do you tie it together at the end? Like, how does it stay on your wrist? You pull it through and then don’t show how to fasten it off
thanks for the very helpful video! the teardrop loop is great :D
Can u share more easy bracelet tutorials please I loved this one and also made one
Can you show us the same bracelet but in different styles? And what type thread do you use ? Thank you
Awesome video and I was able to understand and make the bracelet neater. Thanks

This tutorial is absolutely perfect. Thank you.
Can you make a video on the candy stripe and chinese staircase friendship bracelets.😊
Can you use the board or full table view so we can see the entire thing and see forward and the backward. This was a bit too close up. Thanks.
I have another tutorial that goes over each knot in full view and detail! Hope this helps!
ruclips.net/video/J9ouV90AAcE/видео.htmlsi=M4QdoMdbUtaxRoLq
How does it stay on your wrist? Just simply braiding the two sides and then putting it through that loop??
Love this tutorial, I only knew how to do the staircase bracelets and now I was able to do this one, came out semi ok lol
How to braid with 4 strings?
6 feet with of string?!???
I know it has nothing to do with the video, but you can help your table scratches a little by rubbing a walnut kernel on them.
May you please make a video on the four colors that goes well together for these bracelets ?
u can find color combos on tiktok
Oh my… you are the best with your work! 😍 Thank you for inspiration! ❤️
oh. my. god. love this SO MUCH!!! thank youuuuuu
will the teardrop loop work with candy stripe and other patterns?
Is there a way to use 12 colors while still keeping it narrow?
This video is so helpful thank you so much
