    Your supplier should hear what a valuable asset you are. I was afraid to buy a pump because i heard there are no parts to fix them. After seeing your excellent instructional videos and parts suppies, it made GX the clear choice. I ordered one yesterday. Thanks

    What do I need to replace, the pressure valve relief screw always leak? Please advice

      @@TheDIYMaker1 Does it has an oring or nylon washer inside the port of the pressure relief screw? The leak starts to blow (leaks) out when the pressure buildup is about 10 -20 bar while pumping air to rifle

    I have a challenge question , I have a cs3 and started struggling to get to pressure so I thought I’d change cylinder and piston for new also new orings but the dead test is over 1 min there doesn’t seem to be any leaks but I can’t seem to get it any better it takes ages to fill gun now any ideas please

    • @TargetForge
      @TargetForge  3 месяца назад +1

      Without understanding how many hours you have on the unit and what maintenance you've done your request is difficult to answer. Sometimes cleaning the lower outlet check valve helps restore performance, sometime the piston seals are simply worn out from not being lubricated at regular intervals. The cylinder is not a wear component and should be fine.

    Would you use a cs2 to top off a small bottle from say 300bar, to 310bar or 4500psi? Just strictly as a top off from another compressor fill that isn’t capable of 4500psi fills.

    • @TargetForge
      @TargetForge  Год назад

      Personally? No. I would use it to fill the gun directly. If it's a 1ltr or smaller, you'll probably be fine just mind the 20 min run time.

    Which unit do you prefer for filling a rifle the cs2 or the cs3. Thanks

    • @TargetForge
      @TargetForge  21 день назад +1

      Thank you for your comment. Both use the same pump and motor, the CS2 is completely manual and needs constant attention when filling. The CS3 is more "set it and forget it" as it will stop at whatever pressure you have set on the dial. I think the CS3-I offers really good function and broad usability.

    Where can I get a power switch for my gx cs2? It's the switch on the back of the Compressor.

    Howdy sir. David here.
    Got the CS3 model. Sprayed the Dish soap & Isopropyl Alcohol mix at the locations you shared. No leaks.
    In your vid, you point to the OCV (Outlet Check Valve), located at the bottom of the CS2 model.
    Is the OCV the same as the Burst Disk, on the CS3 model, or, is it the unmarked (on mine) nut, at the bottom, behind the Burst Disk?
    Presuming it's not the Safety Valve, up on top of the CS3 model...(?) Thanx, David

      Hello David, you might consider booking a session with me on the Target Forge website. I can offer expert advice in a more interactive manner and you will come away with enhanced understanding of your machine. They are NOT the same. The outlet check valve is opposite the high pressure cylinder bore. Thank you for your comment!
