The "hand ball" wasn't a deliberate handball, the arm wasn't in an unnatural position. It wasn't immediately before the goal either. The offside was by mm, but offside nonetheless. It's not just a trophy either, it's the FA Cup. Chelsea showed disrespect by turning up in tracksuits, they deserved to lose.
