Doc. My mom hit his knee yesterday in the corner part of our wooden table and it has a bruise on it and it really pains her, what should I do?
I tripped over the staircase last night. I thought I was lucky to escape without a scratch. But I woke up with pain and a swollen feet. I searched and did this exercises with you and by the time I was done the swelling was visibly reduced and pain almost insignificant. Incredible. Are you amazing or what?

Dr Jo I can't express into words just how THANKFUL I am for following your tips. I could barely walk today but after utilizing the elevation and foot pointing I'm moving albeit slowly in the right direction!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!

I was diagnosed with venous insufficiency (post ankle break and dislocation) and have neuropathy in my toes. Since I can't take the constriction, I use a toe-less compression sock on the affected leg, with a sock or stocking over it, year round. It took some getting used to initially, but now, I'm fine. As you stated, when I wear it, at the end of the day there's no swelling.
Dear Doctor Jo, thank you sooooo much! I had horrible pains in my leg and your advice was very simple to put into practice. With horrible pains we cannot do much. Just putting a big pillow under my hurting leg I was able to have some sleep (unbelievable!!!!) and I felt much better in the morning. Thank you so so so so so so much! Thank you for these! I’m dealing with the aftermath of a tibia and fibula clean break and I am cast-less. My orthopaedic surgeon told me lots of elevation and ankle circles to hopefully strengthen my muscles to walk again w/o boot or crutches

I am dealing with a torn quad . 2 tendons. It tore all the way threw. Because of all the falls i had and the Dr not believing me or considering soft tissue exams. What am I facing besides alot of pain
Unfortunately, I don't know since I can't evaluate you. If you can go see a physical therapist for an evaluation, that would be the best option.

Awesome tips loved it and also it's so easy and effective.
My podiatrist recommended toeless to prevent toenail issues due to squeezing them and to keep them dry to avoid fungus etc. I wear them due to diabetes and toeless are great!

it is also much easier to put ones without toes, since you can use silky cap to get sock over the foot and then remove it through sock toe opening

I slipped and hurt my knee. It doubled in size swollen. Did the elevation, put heat rub and ice pack. Gently did the flex and point exercise and rested. One cycle and I feel my legs able to move with less pain. Round two hopefully will help end it

Thanks Dr. Jo - Lockdown laziness is starting to become painful, bad sleep swollen legs, hips and feet ... I did suspect Planter Faciatis but now I think it's just swelling, after 2 x 10 mile walks in one week I feel like my body is falling to bits at 51 years of age :( I will try out your tips starting today, thanks for the videos
