I used to build in the 80s and 90s. Recently I got a Subaru Brat model and I swear the plastic is thinner and more like eggshell thickness. Have you noticed a difference between model kits from decades ago to new offerings?
David R Lentz, USA Just what is the deal with chrome on a real car, anyhow? Aesthetically, I prefer something subtler: the darker metals on the large piston rods of heavy equipment, military transports, etc. Well, you are much more skilful a painter in representing significant wear in the passage of the decades than I had expected! A hearty round of applause on a fine presentation.
Why police cars are black and white: Originally fleet vehicles being sold came in black only. When municipalities needed to distinguish police cars from taxis, etc., they added the white to separate these fleet vehicles from everything else.
Great job 👍🏿
