In this video we troubleshoot common tower garden problems and the solutions that will quickly resolve them. In addition, this video comes with a free downloadable guide in case you run into these or other issues in your own juice plus tower garden.
This video goes over three of the five biggest issues. It goes over stem elongation, algae growth, and bolting. Luckily these problems can be resolved to get your tower garden working again properly and allow for plant growth.

Very interesting!!
Very!
I have a vertical grow tower that I'm growing lettuce in. It gets natural light outside in a green house and the lettuce leaves are growing really well, though stunted a bit.
The issue I'm having is that the lettuce isn't growing long roots, and I think it's stunting the overall size of the lettuce. The white roots are completely rootbound within the rockwool cubes they are in, but they aren't going out any further. The white roots are sticking out about 1/4" from the net cup that houses the rock wool, but that's it. I tried increasing the watering schedule (its currently every 2 hours for 20minues), but it doesn't seem to be making the roots grow any further. Is this natural for a vertical tower system?
