Definitely was a filler season -I enjoyed it for what it was though.

@@blaquetea me too I enjoyed this season reminded me of early game of thrones everyone plotting schemeing and making moves I guess since it’s a shorter cast it feels a little redundant cough* daemon and I miss Rhaenys too 😭

I really enjoyed this season compared to the first tbh, the first seemed like it was just introducing people and the dynamics, this felt like it was having some meaningful set ups put in place. I can understand people being upset that the entire season was a set up to a war that didn't atleast start at the end of the season but...I think people really aren't paying attention to the fact there isn't going to be any kind of large scale war. Everyone is thinking season 3 is going to be some colossal brawl but Aegon has fled now, Aemond is a 1 man mission who doesn't seem to have backing from anyone and Allison is conspiring with Rheanyra to take the throne without the need for war. Season 3 is more than likely going to be Rheanyra walking into the red keep heralded by the population with Allisons help, while Aemond will probably retreat with his brother to scheme a return, making season 3 about setting up the night king more than any war.

I hate how everyone acts like HOTD is soooo good when it’s barely half as good as GOT. Like it’s good I guess and I love the cool dragon and war scenes but dude…they wasted so much time on both first 2 seasons…GOT made u on the edge of ur seat every episode..I would dose off on HOTD
