Assetto Corsa 2004 Porsche 911 (996) GT3 Cup Bathurst Hot Lap

My current favorite car to drive in AC! Challenging to drive at the limit but very rewarding when you do it right! Good overall modelling and details, great sounds and out of the box believable handling.
I did a few modifications including correcting the wheel track and suspension positioning, raised the suspension height as it was way too low, the new higher and wider stance looks a lot better! Also smoothed out the power band and raised the engine rev limit a little purely to hear that gorgeous flat six roar at higher revs!
Managed a 2:17.653 but still having a few brake lock up issues here and there and she still has a tad too much understeer which is proving difficult to dial out but I will keep working on it. I am more than sure a 2:16 or possibly even a high 2:15 is possible with a pure qualifying setup.

Yeah felt pretty good, was a bit untidy in some spots and I think I missed grabbing 2nd gear going into Forrest's Elbow but overall a good lap. Very enjoyable! I have since cut the lap time down another half a second but didn't record the lap..
