They mix metalcore/post-hardcore with boyband pop. They’re like the Swedish metal backstreet boys. You definitely need to check out more of their music. I highly recommend ‘Losing You’ and ‘Dreaming’. They’ve also got heavier stuff, like ‘Lost’, ‘Two Faced’, ‘This Is My Life’, ‘Empathy’, etc.

I honestly didn't think you'd upload this. 😂
Like I said during the stream, my initial reaction was exactly the same as yours--loved the verses, loved the synth, love the chugs, but that chorus just killed it for me. Then I had a random playlist going one day in the car & heard it again, and I was completely hooked. It's a very novel (and ballsy) approach in mixing '90s boy band choruses with metal; but once you get past that initial shock value it's some pretty damn good music. Great instrumentals, top notch production, and even the chorus itself...it's _exactly_ what I'd have expected to hear on a pop station in the late '90s, just with screams in between the hooks and the guys in the band actually playing the instruments.
Guilty pleasure, perhaps, but I've grown to love them.

Sadly, this band has lost their way a long time ago. Their self titled from 2009 is actually pretty good, and i'm sure you would love it. Songs such as Angels of Clarity, Losing you, What can i Say, Erased etc are so good
