It was eventually the right call.
@waltermontoya8932 not sure that's accurate. This is what I found: Reviewable plays involving potential dead balls and loose balls include: a. Loose ball by a potential passer ruled a fumble. b. Loose ball by a passer ruled incomplete forward pass when there is clear recovery, or the ball goes out of bounds in the immediate continuing action after the loose ball. I think b might apply in this case since a miami player ended up with the ball. Either way, the right outcome was reached.
Sure, and you could see that how? He was down, had possession. THEN the ball came free from the hand fighting. Touchdown. In either case, there was absolutely no video evidence to overturn the call on the field. Inconsistent replay officiating and certainly that evidence was NOT "indisputable."

The bottom line is that the referees should have never ruled it a touchdown on the field because if it had been ruled an incomplete pass in the first place, they wouldn't have overturned it because they're isn’t any indesputible video evidence to over turn the call. It shouldn't have taken ten minutes to make a ruling on the field. It was an incomplete pass.
@@gwhite7136 You have to survive the ground in college football. I was rooting for tech, but the officials got it right imo
What a game.
I mean we really not blaming the refs cuz they called incomplete right? The ref called td and bro didn’t even know what happened. he was still looking for the ball after the play ended😂
what a great game... ACC football is stepping up
That should've never been ruled a TD to begin with. The referee couldn't clearly see it and even worse, a Miami player ends up with the ball. The ruling should've been incomplete pass, then review it. Regardless, he didn't have control all the way through the catch and was on his teammate that was out of bounds to boot. It was eventually the right call.
Exactly
You can’t review an incomplete pass. I’m assuming that’s why they called it a touchdown to have a better look and then eventually made the right call.
@waltermontoya8932 not sure that's accurate. This is what I found:
Reviewable plays involving potential dead balls and loose balls include: a. Either way, the right outcome was reached.
great game love college football
correct decision is incomplete pass, vt player lost control going to ground and the ball was then touched by a player already out of bounds
Sure, and you could see that how? He was down, had possession. THEN the ball came free from the hand fighting. Touchdown. In either case, there was absolutely no video evidence to overturn the call on the field. Inconsistent replay officiating and certainly that evidence was NOT "indisputable."
Correct. Should not have been callef a TD in the first place.
@@davidcole333he def did not have possession.
The ref shouldn't had called it a td if its hard to see on replay how coukd he see it from that far @davidcole333
Should have never been called a touchdown the ball was never completely possessed the whole way down while fighting with the cornerback
The miracle in Miami. And I mean that final Miami drive !
Miracle? Miracle??? Whatever helps the Miami faithful sleep tonight.
GO CANES!! THE DUDE NEVER HAD CONTROL OF THE BALL
Delude yourself. When you feel shame and want to detach it -- simply go in your face with the comments. Miami will drop. Deal with that reality "powerhouse" ACC.
I wish you had highlights of the Colorado V Baylor game last week. Fox did well, but I prefer to see more lead up drives to game-tying or -winning plays.

All three quarterbacks, Cam, Jones and Sheddeur are making their QB coach proud.
Wheels got these highlights up before Virginia Tech players stopped crying. The buses to the airport haven't even started up yet.
Hell he got it up before the bag got dropped off in that refs car!
@@rosshixon6796 facts.ACC was like nope. We got to overturn this. We need Miami back.
i can not believe that call. VT got robbed so hard
super disappointing, i hope miami gets the oregon treatment
ACC will protect them
if Boise state beats wasu they will make that oregon close win a lot less worse
