note: Ultimates are not added in any of the games because almost no character uses their weapon in their ultimates. (applies to weapon skills for Honkai...yes, I'm watching you, HoRb).
I still question who TF thought turning a Brick of all things into a new Divine Key was a good idea for a new weapon... *But I'm very satisfied nonetheless.* 😆
To be fair, a brick is a scary weapon when used by a master, or someone who just loves smacking someone or something with a portable boulder.

People split bricks in half in a feat of strength in certain martial art stuff: Senti breaks people in half with brick in a feat of... Being Senti.

I love the fists weapon category in hi3 cause there's all these different intricately detailed gauntlets, and then there's a flower and a brick

mihoyo really know how to trick their player especially in a Honkai game and i am ashamed to admit that the HoF question about Kiana weapon got me once.
@@ultimateendebrin3328 Funny thing is her attacks count as melee for the the purposes of buffs that look at that sort of thing. In range bonus weather she doesn't get the 50%( I think it was 50%).

It's an one of the most iconic weapons in hi3 but I'd seriously say the character whose battle theme was played during wriothesley's part has deeper lore.

Pretty much 80% of Chakram users don't use them like Chakrams. And none of the cross users actually use the cross as their weapon outside of like OG Teri with her ult.

Actually Luocha having the rapier(?) makes sense, as Otto himself wielded a rapier when leading the rebellion to take over Shicksal after Kallen's death. Most likely cus his shariac blood wasn't enough to let him properly use Abyss Flower(though he later used it to extend his life until he could make soulium clones) and his body probably couldn't handle repeated use of Void Archives or the imatation keys it summoned for long. It's in one of the images shown towards the end of Thus Spoke Apocalypse if you want proof.
Also, this reminds me of Kallen, who lived in a time when guns didn't exist, and wielded the Oath of Judah. Yet is a pistol user due to the old awakening system making her the other version of Kiana for a while. (and possibly holdovers from GGZ, cus guns did exist during her time in GGZ).
And also on the topic of weird shit, why does Dudu deal physical damage with palatinus equinox, when it is using the Kaslana stigmata, which would logically do ice. They even show ice around her weapon in the trailer. I mean, possibly cus of Shariac, but like, they always put more emphasis on the Kaslana, with Shariac basically letting her use it without worry of a honkai cascade.
And then there’s Luna, who uses a freaking chainsaw
My guess is they realized their weapon category for HI3 and Genshin is kinda messed up so for their newest game(HSR) they just use Lightcone and go creative with the character weapon😂😂
Cross weapons are also another world in depression impact 3rd lol

You forget about tericula who suppose to use a cross but it's a chainsaw then theres another one coming who uses a cross too but she has a light saber at her disposal ..... Finality Kiana only makes sense halfway instead of a dual gun she replaced her other gun with a sword.....

In Dehya lore shes a MMA so its a nice touch to see her use both her claymore and fists
_HI3_ brought bows to their game with Fischl, but why does _Genshin_ refuse to bring in gauntlets or pistols? _HI3_ also added chakram and javelins. _Genshin_ hasn't added a single weapon type since launch.

I dont think there's any relation between the lightcone and the weapon the character is holding in hsr, it's not like it morphs into physical weapons, it just makes the character stronger by obtaining the specific memory it holds 🤓☝️
