Outputs: These are the products or services that are created as a result of the transformation processes. Examples of outputs include finished goods, services, and information.
The transformation model can be used to analyze and improve operations within an organization by identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. By understanding how inputs are transformed into outputs, organizations can optimize their processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
