This time we took the Maruti Grand Vitara Intelligent Electric Hybrid Top Model Alpha+ from Udaipur to Delhi and with some detours. During this 700+ km road trip, how did the SUV perform? Tinting the sunroof with dark film can help mitigate the issue of cabin warming.
@@Uncool-vn5vzThats because of battery. No other place to fit the battery. The loss in bootspace is directly translated to a very high economy figure.

@@Uncool-vn5vz It is indeed. But you can not deny the fact that this a great vehicle. There are options to get it corrected for the thin sunroof cover.

@@Uncool-vn5vz You can put Sun control film on it. It should be applied on both the glasses on Panoramic sunroof. And it has to be applied from inside. There are many places in delhi and Hariyana who does these jobs. You'll later thank coz this small 200 rs setup actually helps

Hi Bunny ji ..new to your channel …watched many of your videos …I have been living in the Gulf for a decade now ..driving the GRAND VITARA here for last seven years have clocked almost 150000 kms …it’s one of the most amazing vehicles..no fuss ..simple tech …sturdy …just wanted your advice on these hybrid technology…as I have been driving a 2.4 litre petrol version of it ..simply drinks petrol ..as I am coming back to India for good ..need to buy a car … how good is this Version of Grand Vitara…

1.To go with Automatic or Manual.???
2.In SMART HYBRID models whether I should go for sunroof model that is in ALPHA MT(has sunroof) or ZETA MT(No sunroof) bcz I feel the sunroof do not have the fibre door so it will feel hot in the car and may it will be more load on AC and car engine.

Everything is perfect in this car just one issue which is the sunroof blind😢 they shouldn’t had made it that thin and fragile
You should have done tank to tank mileage test. Not just show us the mid reading.
Sun roof is more of a sun canopy.
We need to buy SUV(1.5 L naturally aspirated preferred). Budget is around 15L with plus minus of 1-2 lakhs. Running is less about 200-300 km per month.
I need good SUV for long drives including Hills. I can wait for few months before making my decision. I am not a very enthusiastic driver but need enough power for overtaking
and enough Torque for hills. I am not thinking much about Turbo.
Requirement are below:
Safety (possibly 5 star) , 4 wheels disk break and all the airbags
Automatic Gear Box
Ground Clearance
Mileage (we can consider Hybrid as well)
Resale Value and Good service
I thought a lot about New Brezza, Kushaq, S-Cross(new facelift). If facelift of XUV300 comes with Automatic gear box(Not AMT) then I can think about it.
Now a days I am also thinking about New Maruti Vitara(strong and mild both) but not sure about the safety/strength. Please recommend any other car as well
Nice day drive review but i wonder why none of the car expert reviewers skip the night driving experience and effectiveness of the headlamps? Is it just to hide a weakness in recent cars? Let it be Creat, Seltos, Brezza, Venue and probably all of the recently launched cross overs, have extremely poor light as per the users. So next time please do consider that people drive during the nights and even drive during rainy nights.

Great video and nicely done! I am planning for this or the Hyryder but before I finalise I want to know - how is the performance of the car on high speed above 120 KMPH? Does it vibrate or does the engine noise fill the cabin?

This problem of transparent roof is a big issue ! They could have made it like Creta . This is not a comfortable set up.
Very much helpful video sir, please just tell Maruti to change the sunroof net, it’s just not practical for Indian weather. The car is best in each and every aspect except that curtain, it is worse even Astor. The only thing can ruin it’s every positives. I booked Allgrip variant nearly 1.5months ago , but I have to cancel if they don’t change the curtain.

I think diesel version of this car would have given double mileage.
Diesel and hybrid tech don't gel well together as it tends to cycle the engine on and off very frequently
I heard the strong hybrid power is very bad. Its not even close to rivals NA 1.5 Petrol.

While going up hill you will use fuel combined with battery, while going down hill you can use regenerative breaking which will charge your battery more than plane roads
पहाडी क्षेत्रो मे स्ट्रॉंग हायब्रिड बहोत चलेगी . इलेक्ट्रिक मोटर का टॉर्क झिरो rpm से ही अवलेबल रहेगा .
Unless there are some very big climbs where you may need power... strong hybrid actually will give better fuel economy in hill terrain and in City traffic.
90 ke speed ? Kyu bhai? ..There r several speed breakers in this route..you cannot drive above 80 ..pl modify your video..Hp youtube knows it..no1 sd drive above 80...
