It's unbelievable how these people get away with it. She destroy your soul, work, finances, health, and taking advantage in her personal life, and once she has done that, she disappear without caring, leaving you almost on a suicide. All she send is a message saying, 'I don't want to know anything anymore,' and they move on with another man without ever saying anything more to you. She continue with the life they stole from you without any consequences

My blood boils almost every single day having to cope and continually process the stone cold heartlessness I experienced throughout and after the relationship. I talk out loud in my car sometimes just hoping she would magically appear in the front seat so I can finally hash it out with her, which clearly won’t happen. This is literally the hardest aspect I’ve had to process on a daily basis, especially over the last two months. I’d love to just scream at this person for 10 mins straight, but any reaction whatsoever toward a Narc is fuel obviously, even as much of how resentful and pissed off I still am at her. God help me. 🙏
I hear you buds, I wake up almost every morning screaming profanities. It's difficult because it's like you can't communicate or articulate the kind of abuse you went through to others, it's on another level that most people don't understand yet you see it clearly. It's insane how profoundly it can affect you. It gets better tho, slowly you start getting pieces of your soul back and realize how weak these narcissist people are.
Wow this is a trip reading this because I’ve been doing the same thing in my car as well, it’s like when I confront her, she doesn’t comprehend what I’m saying, or she pretends she doesn’t understand, it’s like the imaginary person in my car listens much better than her
@@MackdaddyNev 100% dude. I go batshit in my car sometimes just sitting in the feelings of betrayal, confusion and the absolute lack of any empathy from her end. Like I said, it makes my blood boil knowing she got away clean pulling the garbage she did on me, and I have an empty front seat to scream at, when I wish it was her. God help us get through it.
To be honest I’m glad I’m reading this, I seriously thought I was going crazy, never did I think someone else is going thru the same thing as I am.. the new year is coming and I told myself to move forward without her and to stop trying to explain myself to her. I’m going to try to go no contact!! She is truly toxic and it sucks

I was feeling neglected and maybe (probably) been cheated on. So I said to them: "I'm going to shutdown". I needed to protect my feelings. Something was telling me I was about to being discarded. Afterwards, they cut me off. I didn't chase though. 6 months went by. It's been really hard for me because the trauma bonding is so strong. At least I can cope with it, only because I was able to see it coming and had the time to protect myself. My life would be a mess by now if my 6th sense wasn't working then. 😊
Protect yourself my friend, they always come back. I felt the same shift in energy but because we have a child I didn’t want to give up. He discarded me, then he returned when I was healing and doing great, I let him back in (in hopes that he would think about family) BIGGEST mistake, he discarded me once again. He called 3 days ago but I didn’t answer. My peace of mind is worth more than trying to have a family with him! Stay safe and stay strong!!!
Great video, there is nothing like a perfect marriage or relationship, I learnt that in everything there is always a solution, 5 years ago I and my wife divorced because we were having some difficulties in our marriage but we are back together ,it was a really bad phase but we got through it

I might have leaned toward revenge before learning so much from Anoushka's videos; however, I don't normally lean toward revenge finding it a lowering of my personal constitution. Silence IS the revenge. It drives them nuts! The more you are in control of the situation, the harder they try to reassert themselves. Believe that even though they seem self-confident, they are suffering and you are not. Their future is one of misery.
During your periods of silence, your emotional involvement is reduced, allowing you to think more rationally. Not as easy when you are emotionally invested. Let them go! They can never be happy because they must live with themselves; they will die miserable and alone. Make the most of yourself, determined to be far better than they. That is revenge enough and very effective. You cannot save someone from themselves so don't try. It is just something you have to let go. If your involvement and knowledge could have made anything better, it would have happened.

She is absolutely horrible. She is telling all her minions that I’m the one with all the issues. She came to the house, without warning to take everything. I was in my underpants. She said I’m just going to pick up a few things and then proceeded to tell me it was all my fault. All her gal pals came to my house and took all my furniture that we paid for as a couple…I’m broken and done.
When I’m silent he comes to my house. For 16 months he ghosted me, so I blocked him and stopped contacting him. He was at my door after he stonewalled me for 3 weeks.
I do not seek revenge i seek peace and my silence helps me to keep my peace with myself . Be strong enough to turn the other cheek its the only thing in my opinion that effects them . hopefully eventually they will give up and move on !
Revenge is a waste of time and energy. Let them deal with themself. Cutting off supply is revenge within itself. I am one week in, no contact. But they have texted me and still have attitude as if I was the one that walked out for the umpteenth time in almost 4 years. This is/was a lesbian relationship, so the emotions were through the roof. I was diagnosed in late Oct with breast cancer and they just walked out. It has happened so much that I am almost numb to it. No, do not want to play these games. I am really focusing my energy on my pending surgeries and healing. You are so right. No empathy or compassion. She is still stuck on immaturity. We are way past grown women in this. ??? She has losted. She came with nothing and left with nothing. Watching you guys on YT has been life saving. I really knew about her being a narc for almost two years. So, the hell has been real from almost the beginning. Even tried therapy.

Anoushka, please answer this? My ex-wife during a divorce, the narcissist stole , 1/2 a million dollars from me. An inheritance, she took 1/2, I trusted her. She also slept with my best friend of 35 years. I have gone no contact for 5 months not a word. The issue is my attorney said to forget it and move on. I have worked 30 plus years to receive this much which is badly needed. There is a statement in the divorce decree that said if we find hidden money I can go after it, that is what this is. My question is should I go after it, I am not a rich man. In order for me to go after it ,could cost $100,000 or more to pursue it. This would be my retirement money, should I move on keeping my maybe 200,000 to 300,000 that I hope will last the rest of my life. PLAY THE GAME OR NOT.?? My Narc lost. I text his girlfriend that he’s playing both of us. She left him. Now he doesn’t have me and her. He came to my house 2 days ago . He said if I don’t stop texting her, he’s going to send the Police to my house. I told him your words don’t mean anything to me unless she requests I stop texting her.
I’m not a vengeful person so I never thought of taking revenge on the narc ex. He’s not worth a minute of my time and life is short and time is precious.

But wouldn't 'no contact' be a form of revenge? It blocks off supply. Initially it may not be an issue, but as more people find out about him or her, and the supply keeps on being reduced, there might be a point where that this will start hurting.

I do not agree that revenge is not an option ...revenge is a loaded term ...when you heal from your own personal codependency and get past the narcissist holding power over you than the narcissist is very much not prepared to deal with exacting words about them...calling them out and mocking them for having no power over anyone is absolutely more damaging than the supply they could garner from that attention ...of course it is far more healthy to just get away from them but in all honesty once you emotionally detach they are sorta your play toy now after... because no matter what, they wanted and needed you and that will always make you different and special in their eyes ...choose your energy wisely

I know that Karma comes around. In fact: After been into 10 years of toxic relationship with acovert narc ... I left him. Then after 7 year he still tried to interner my life and try to hoover me etc so I've got to do NC to him. 2 years was peaceful for me after that NC and ... suddenly he died. This was early at the year of 2023.
He died in his flat of multiple diagnosis that comes from his alcoholism. He had called the ambulance twice times but they did not come to catch him. He was only 55 years old and alone in that moment. It must have been horrible to him to know that they did not show up ... Something I don't whish anybody to have that angst 😔

Moving forward is best for you, but it is not punishment for narcissists. They think you are better now because of them. Is any revenge change and make you feel better? NO! Is it possible to destroy them? Yes! You must be much worse than them. It's a price you have to take to really hurt them. It's not worth it because it affects you a lot.
