You should record another video of challenging people to calisthenics. Or working with Broly Gainz, Akeem Supreme, Goku pump. That’d make great content. More of the life of fitness creator.

I am 17 and im around 5 10 and weigh 62kg, is it possible for me to bulk up to around 70kg in 6 months using a mainly bodyweight exercise routine, i can do around 20 push ups and 7 pull ups.

Cuz most likely you can only do the basics like push ups dips and pull ups without adding extra weight

I think it would be better if it was longer than 6 months and take it slow, that way you can gain weight with minimal fat gain
Same weight and height, but I do 13 pullups and almost 40 pushups with good form, I'm tryna gain up to 10lbs in the next year or so
Damn. I can do 20 push ups but not even one pull up(I am younger and shorter)
Definetly doable with enough calories and protein and enough water and rest. Just need to get the reps and sets in.
