    I am still a beginner at calisthenics, I am a bit overweight but I know for sure that the results will be satisfying, for all my blood sweat and tears.

      Hell yes itll be worth it whats even better bulking with calisthenics will be a natural progressive over load

    You should record another video of challenging people to calisthenics. Or working with Broly Gainz, Akeem Supreme, Goku pump. That’d make great content. More of the life of fitness creator.

    If you are intermediate in weight training would I still start off as a beginner in calisthenics?

      Yes
      Cuz most likely you can only do the basics like push ups dips and pull ups without adding extra weight

    I am 17 and im around 5 10 and weigh 62kg, is it possible for me to bulk up to around 70kg in 6 months using a mainly bodyweight exercise routine, i can do around 20 push ups and 7 pull ups.

      I think it would be better if it was longer than 6 months and take it slow, that way you can gain weight with minimal fat gain

      Same weight and height, but I do 13 pullups and almost 40 pushups with good form, I'm tryna gain up to 10lbs in the next year or so

      Definetly doable with enough calories and protein and enough water and rest. Just need to get the reps and sets in.
