I met Keith Harper in the Provo airport on the 19th of November of this year. He shared his story and details of this search team. He tried to pro sway me to let him drive me home, which was 4 hours out of his way, I naturally declined. Such a sad story!!!
This case makes me crazy. Why did law enforcement allow Keith to leave in a motorhome immediately after her death during the search? Why wasn’t he apprehended and the motorhome searched? Why is no one discussing the motorhome as a means of Keith disposing of Dia and any evidence somewhere on his way to Arizona?
Yes. I live in this area and I believe she went missing on Saturday and on Sunday he hopped in his RV and went to AZ and to New Mexico I believe. Very odd if you ask me.
Interesting how the LE (Sheriff's office) divers 'searched' the lake, just like they did in Mercer county... Kiely Rodni... and found nothing in both cases, nothing was 'found'. It takes an outside agency to go in and find the missing people. This just shows that LE's resources and time wasn't enough to succeed in finding them.
I appreciate the thorough practices of this guy and his team , my concern lies with several aspects - 1. Why have le / sheriffs not bring cadaver dogs initially ? This is a basic practice and was not done ? Why was her vehicle moved immediately after she went missing ? This implies many aspects I won’t go into She was found on a ring cam of a neighbor but we don’t hear of her or about Diane - you would think she would be a suspect as well , - 2 if she is being held somewhere with metal this would keep many remote viewers and psychics out of her range- 3. Why was he allowed up till recently allowed to stay on the property ? Who has been at the property since her missing ? 4. Very coincidental Jodi is dead - 5. The changing of the will is very telling - the leaving of the cell phone / vehicle and personal items speaks volumes that she left on foot- why wasn’t Diane’s property searched ? Le has not been diligent in this case even with all of the media attention - and if they thought a body was at this site they would have already dug - this screams set up
Everybody has an opinion in my opinion on this would be I have been following this for years, and my opinion seems to lead me to The lady that moved from Idlewild. The one that spends the night on the property the night she went missing I don’t want to say her name because I don’t want to get in trouble but I would if I was law enforcement enforcement, I would check the property that she sold when she left Idyllwild I just hope they find Dia so they can put her to rest and her children and her sister and her brother could have some closure it’s not fair it’s just not fair that someone can interrupt and cause such turmoil and someone’s life. That is so lovely.

You guys said when the psychics were on her property, they said she was in that area and perhaps deceased how how far does the Neighbor live from her property? Maybe they sensed something and it is that Property. If it is a neighbor, it can’t be that far from her property check that property that was sold Right after her Missing. How coincidental is that check that property
Neighbor was fighting cancer and her and Dia talked and that's why Dia baked her some cinnamon rolls and took them to the home on camera and when they found out Dia was missing the gave the video to the police. But since Dia went missing another lady died on the ranch from a atv accident but that doesn't add up either..

So he basically tries to act like a kind elder man to younger women and then when he knows he has them where he wants them they go missing..
Ranch is like 115 acres. This is vast amount of space; she's probably here and they haven't discovered.

Didn’t her boyfriend owns a storage business?? If so, she might be there.
They checked there 2 days after she went missing. They also took his RV and removed part of the driver seat same time
