When I was a teen, a man followed me all over the public library. It was like in the movies where every time I took a book off the shelf, there he was. I told my older sister and he started to follow both of us so my sister took me home. The library so not safe for kids especially that one I went too because the restroom was also separated from the front desk where the librarian was. They wouldn’t hear you if you screamed.
My girlfriend and I would goto a nice library in an expensive area near where I lived sometimes when it was hot out in the summer and wanted to cool down. Problem was, there was a lot of homeless derelict types there, more so in the winter because I don't think homeless shelters let them sleep in all day. There was one little creepy guy that my gf spotted and we could tell he had some issues. Whenever she would spot him she would follow him around and stare at him and he would get so unnerved that he would scurry out. I'm almost 100% certain he was a s/o and was there doing weird stuff. He would practically duck and run everytime he saw her because he knew his sick fun was over. Thankfully there was a floor that only allowed children with nannies and young mothers.

He told me he was only security and to not worry he was only going to follow me around the store. ,I immediately went to my mom and told her what he said. . My mom went to the manager where he confirmed he was not part of security. My mom went after that guy and started yelling at him, calling him a pervert that following little girls around the store is disgusting and every parent should be aware of this creep. Shortly after security came and took them away.
That camera footage displays more than enough of his appearance to figure out who he is and where he lives. Another sick thing about this is the leniency of the judicial system on crimes of this nature. What's even more sick is there are people like that man in the judicial system. I pray that laws start delivering more serious consequences for sexual offenses.

I have suspicions about this entire story. She was aware of him enough to record but not use deterrents as if she knew he wouldn’t try to physically assault her, and somehow her camera only caught small glimpses of his face. My family and I came upon a peeper before when we were waiting at a theatre and that day I wore a dress. A man was waiting around close by and would pretend to look at the signs by going near us. We thought nothing of it and my back was turned. My sister then took notice of the guys leg stretching near so she immediately pulled me close to her and the man stepped back and apologized saying he was stretching . As a Uber driver, I've once picked up a Women in Hollywood who was a social worker, she gets into my car crying and I asked what happened. She told me she was pretty much lured by a guy thinking he was a worker, mind you this was at a apartment complex, she said he pinned her to the floor or wall and started touching her, eventually she started screaming and he ran away. This was broad daylight, I felt sorry for her.

I have suspicions about this entire story.
She was aware of him enough to record but not use deterrents as if she knew he wouldn’t try to physically assault her, and somehow her camera only caught small glimpses of his face. He was always positioned to hide himself just enough.
Victims don’t typically navigate predators so casually, and despite being 2 steps ahead of the guy at all times she failed to produce any actual meaningful picture of him, just enough to show she was a victim to some faceless man...how ironic.

My family and I came upon a peeper before when we were waiting at a theatre and that day I wore a dress. A man was waiting around close by and would pretend to look at the signs by going near us. We thought nothing of it and my back was turned. My sister then took notice of the guys leg stretching near so she immediately pulled me close to her and the man stepped back and apologized saying he was stretching . As a Uber driver, I've once picked up a Women in Hollywood who was a social worker, she gets into my car crying and I asked what happened.
