Generally the road conditions in Iceland are fine. We drove from Keflavik to Höfn (pronounced Hup not Hofen ;) ) and there were winds and rain on the east coast. The higher up we went the worse the snow but if you're not planning on going up too high you should be fine. Enjoy your trip!
