This is great! But I have a few ideas for maybe an update later on to the mod:
1. Human controlled fighting machines
2. Hand held Martian heat ray weapons
3. Handling machine hostile mobs
4. Generated ruined towns/villages
5. Out of machine Martians
6. Cylinder storms (it rains the Martian cylinders)
7. The thunder child boat generated structure (one per seed)
8. Read weed remover tool
9. Martian taxi walkers
I really hope you add these updates I suggested, but great mod anyhow!
Update: I just downloaded the mod and it is AMAZING!!!!

Look up tutorials on how to install mods for Minecraft. It should show you how to download forge and then add the mod to the mods folder.
