How to Install rubber stopper, coil spring cushion or rubber damper in DIY way?

DIY way on how to install coil spring rubber cushion, some call it rubber damper or rubber stopper. I will give a good gap or distance from car tire and its fender to illiminate fender rubbing when the car is heavy loaded.
