I absolutely agree with you. This is one of the best Bond endings. Really love this along with the music, the cinematography is spot on sharp and beautiful.
I absolutely love this scene, the cinematography, the lighting and the music the dialogue, the acting, everything. And I’ve been on the bridge I know exactly where they are.
Are you joking? Are people dumb sersly? This is the worst Bond actor of all time and worst actress ever she sucks in every film she plays it is without any emotions or realness to her act. This entire scene is just dumb that a mini pistol shoots down a helicopter from that distance.
6:41 It's so gratifying to see Blofeld in disbelief. He may have destroyed Bond's childhood, but he didn't destroy his happiness. In the end, Blofeld remained the same frustrated boy.
3:00 It's so satisfying to see Blofeld, who's been smug throughout the entire film, genuinely scared for dear life. The icing on the cake is when Bond lets him live to see he failed to write another "chapter" in his book of personal pain.
This whole sequence from when Bond is captured to the ending is the best in all 5 movies. Especially Blofeld standing in that room on the other side of the glass, and how he belittles Bond when he replies to his "ouch", and then makes Bond bluff his warning... It was just genius writing.. Then the crash happens, Bond running to see if he survives, walks up to him and he says "Finish it" to make him the villain, with duty (M) standing on one side and love (Madelyn) standing on the other side and Bond chooses the love... Shows the human side of Bond who wants to live a life of love and family. The soundtracks are absolutely banger, thanks to Thomas Neuman's genius. I love how the soundtracks intensify the emotions... Most of all, I commend the story of Blofeld as a villain willing to destroy Bond emotionally, break him, and end up watching him leave to rot with the love of his life..
I remember visiting the scene of the 007 movie when I last visited London. Especially the infamous Westminster Bridge! Every time I see the Big Ben clock tower it gives me goosebumps
I feel like the Craig series peaked at Skyfall - definitely went through a mixture of overall film quality. Casino Royale was an awesome start. Quantum of Solace was kinda meh. Skyfall was fantastic. And I haven't seen No Time to Die, but I know what happens. But as narratively flawed and rushed as Spectre felt, this scene on the bridge was, I think, the best way they could have finished the series. Blofeld was ready to die, knowing he'd pulled Bond down to his level and having some dignity in his notoriety. Bond denied him that, thus robbing him of final victory and condemning him to rot slowly in a prison cell. He's no longer an international threat. No longer an enigmatic criminal mastermind. He's just a loser - with the rest of his life to process the fact. Pretty anticlimactic that Bond would then kill him in No Time to Die, even if he did so accidentally.
Had Bond just shot Blofeld dead right here instead of refusing to kill him, he never would have had SPECTRE ambush him and Madeline in Materna, leading Madeline to successfully tell Bond she was pregnant with Mathilde after Bond had said his farewell to Vesper at her grave since he had no reason to assume she had betrayed him, they would have went home to her lake house in Norway. Which means 5 years later during the incident Safins men stole Heracles and used Oberchef to modify it, when it came time for Felix to try to lure Bond back to his previous occupation to help, Bond would have absolutely refused due to the fact that he had a family now. Which means he would have never gotten involved with any of Safin or Heracles and such, and he would have lived at the end. It's amazing how his simple choice to allow Blofeld to live in this scene caused the string of events that led to his own poisoning of being unable to ever touch Madeline or Mathilde again and in return led to his death...
The next movie made the circle. But made it also difficult to write a next Bond movie. Ending the Craig-era with this one would have given much more options because the only thing they had to change is the actor who portraid Bond. Now they meaby have to recast everyone. While we had a perfect new M, Monneypenny and not to forget Blofeld back in the game.
@@ECKohnsit had nothing to do with that. Blofeld is a total megalomaniac and would rather die than be defeated or proved to be inferior than another. He tortured Bond and his plan was pretty much complete until his helicopter crashed so Blofeld just wanted to to be killed, and him being the last surviving member of Bond's family would mean that everyone related or close to Bond would be killed.
Both me and my dad were like "What? No. That makes no sense. Handguns don't have that kind of range and bullet drop is a bitch. That's some Die Another Day shit!"
There was no need for No Time to Die. Spectre completed the closure of Bond. If anything- the story after Spectre should have been about his closure with Vesper-finding out more secrets about her, which would have been his excuse to come out of retirement. Also, it could have made up for QoS. …Instead, you made a story about the men dying off while all the women survive without a bruise; Q- all of a sudden- is gay; Bond having a kid; And Bond can’t be a womanizer bc that’s “offensive”. …That and killing him off was stupid.

when waltz blofeld bond daniel see he no you time is fly.... NO TIME TO DIE grave of vesper surprise
mallory doesnt even show id. He could be *anyone* - why does the swat team listen to him? If I walk up to a policeman and say "Smith, cia" you can be dm sure they'll want to see some id
Honeslty, i know they made another bond after this but, this was the perfect ending for bond, really what more needs to be said.
Yes, definetely, after seeing no time to die, i think it should have ended with this
I absolutely agree with you. This is one of the best Bond endings. Really love this along with the music, the cinematography is spot on sharp and beautiful.
but think about the shareholders
Bc the daughter broccoli chick was absolutely in love with Craig and never wanted to let him go.
I've had no time to kill watching the next movie ever since it came out
5:35 that shot and then the music = perfect
Yep. I know what you mean. Spectre was done well. I was on that bridge just 2 weeks ago
Music can make or break a film. The music at the end of the bridge scene was perfect
I absolutely love this scene, the cinematography, the lighting and the music the dialogue, the acting, everything. And I’ve been on the bridge I know exactly where they are.

I love Christopher Waltz so much and his acting is peak, like you can actually feel the emotions he is feeling
Craig's Bond was badass character ever. He can takedown a fucking helicopter with a handgun.
In real life you'd use an RPG or a rifle: Bolt-Action, Semi-Automatic, Assault, or Sniper Rifle.
@@lexusdriver1963you’re scary
Craig was the best James Bond in my opinion
If you are at point blank range, can a handgun disable the engine?
The odds of doing that from a boat must be astronomical.
@@gmar7836Yes. He is second best after Connery. I like Casino Royale, Skyfall and No Time to Die.

06:31 the only scene where Bond's arch nemesis meets Bond's superior

I'm amazed how quick the police showed up its like they were expecting it 😂
Twitter was probably down so the police had no mean tweets to investigate.
the music in this is incredible!
Only James Bond could hit a helicopter with a pistol, on a speeding boat, at night and ACTUALLY disable it.
I remember visiting the scene of the 007 movie when I last visited London. Especially the infamous Westminster Bridge! Every time I see the Big Ben clock tower it gives me goosebumps
Was in London a couple a weeks ago and walked right on that bridge 😊
Cool
4:09 Mallory 00 section, love that line, shows who runs the show
6:27 standartenführer Hans Lander Meets Hauptsturmführer Amon Göth
In London of all places, GG
Would love to see this one on Mythbusters. Probably falls under “Plausible, but highly unlikely.”
One of the worst Bond enemy fight ever.
How they ruined it, with a genius like Waltz
Even if you have good actors, bad writing can still screw them over

I like it's copied from the scene in Driver Parallel Lines where Corrigan helicopter falls and TK hands him to Maria

Ok one question, does the number 15 london bus go through westminister bridge and terminates at trafalgar?

Thankyou Great Britain love you ❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
What a bad movie, since when did Blofeld become the joker?? the real blofeld would have ran away like a coward not this "i want you to do it"
Why would you prefer him to be a coward? Lol
@@HoustonSoto because that's who that character actually is??? Not a joker ripoff
And Blofeld saying “Finish it” would prove nothing. James Bond is not Batman, James Bond DOES kill people. Regularly. He’s “licensed to kill.”

Shutdown helicopter by handgun. Nonsense.

How did they know there was a net above the ground where they fell but landed?
Earlier when Bond enters the MI6 building through the front entrance, you can see the net right above him.
A bit earlier he looks up while being right under the net
I know right?

NO TIME TO DIE
grave of vesper surprise
Probs most poignant moment in a bond movie
DC DL Got ya
I think a pistol wouldn't hit it from that far, a rifle would make it more realistic.
Anyone else think that when they were filming this and Ralph Fiennes had to say “Mallory, 00 Section” he made a mistake and kept saying “Mallory, 007”
😮
2015? how has these past 10 years flown by.
That's not 10 years exactly yet
Probably because there’s only been 1 other James Bond movie to come out after this one.
Sns crolling off finishing
Putin, I mean Blofeld, didn't look too hot at the end there.
Out of Bullets, and besides, I’ve got something better to do.

Okay, this was the only real ending to the series to me. The final one does not exist because you don't just kill James Bond.
Me gustaría que el próximo James Bond sea el actor Aaron Taylor Jhonson
