I’ve seen Superblue live twice and one of those concerts is in my top 5 of all time. What a great show they offer- never drop the level regardless of who is on the keys or drums. And Kurt and Charlie, well, we all know the monsters they are! Thanks SO MUCH for uploading this video and allows to revive a special moment. It is the only one I have found with great audio and video quality. Please NEVER remove it.
Please, please Kurt, Maybye one day can you lake a show in France. Your style et your talent is exeptionnel. One of the french people crazy about the history of tje jazz. Thanks Kurt. 👍😉

@@ElliottBradenS thanks! Wasn't familiar with the tune before listening to Kurt cover it and at a few shows he mentioned it was a Roots song. Didn't know who originally wrote it
Charlie should get a lot more recognition and praise than he does. He is a one of a kind, an innovator. But unlike innovators like Van Halen or Allan Holdsworth who ended up being extensively cloned by a host of players, Charlie remains unique.
These guyZ "BRING IT" every single night, yo! Fly'N without a net, Touch"N the sun, Reach'N for the starZ, Serve'N the Muse, Create'N in the Moment, Just 4 YouZ! Do your soul a favor and get yourself some of that - LIVE!!!
OK, who remembers Clark Terry's Mumbles Rides again? Kurt is the only one who comes close to that classic interpretation...but don't take my word for it.
This band was a real treat to see and listen to at Newport this summer. This is so nice-Julius is a great new player and Charlie of course always amazing, the drums are so funky and on-Kurt? So mellow like a fine whiskey; fun, funny, ironic, and always that mellow-toned voice.

SuperBlue and the California Honeydrops are my 2 favorite bands right now
You guys are awesome for recording this in such high fidelity. 🤘
You guys upload great concerts in clear vision without jump cuts, weird edits or other nonsense. Don’t go changing!

One of the greatest to ever do it, such a freakishly skilled musician
This Dude...he really knows how to bring People together. The audience involvement was AWESOME!!!! Never duplicated...can't be imitated. Yehhh KURT!!!

35:36 the exact moment when the soloing drummer lost all the audience participants
Has Kurt actually gotten better?
