I always love when Anthony is on one end of a beam, and there are two of you on the other, and he is waiting on you to get your end up where it needs to be. That is one strong guy and a great worker. Looking great, guys, and gal. Oh ya, by the way, how high can you jump? 😊
You always find the coolest items to use to elevate the projects. Warching the videos a bit out of order but who cares?!?! These are great!! Wishing Tom the best Man. Hoping all is well guys, Dirty Jersey out!!
It's awesome that you live in an area that is not prone to hurricanes so you can do this. I'd love to do it unfortunately that wouldn't fly in my neck of the woods in Florida, correction that actually would fly in my neck of the woods, it would fly right off in the next hurricane and then it would make a U-turn and come right through my windows. Haha I find it vital to keep a sense of humor about these damn hurricanes. Because in all seriousness I would love to do these things to my home it really Burns me up that I can't have trees near my home well I did but Ian had a different thought about that. And I would love to have a pergola over my patio, but considering that everything else blew away that's never going to happen. Enjoy your beautiful new pergola
We do this only if the pergola height is low then we install it top of roof cut the tiles and install the brackets raise the height you guys nailed it well done
@Premier Outdoor Living : I must have missed it being mentioned... what happened to the previous project with the half-round patio landing and fire-pit... is that job on pause...?
@@THEpremieroutdoor Aaahhh... good to know, thanks. I watch these videos to satisfy my own personal OCD. I really resonate with the way you approach design and craftsmanship - specifically the small details of how patterns align, gaps and board flow together, symmetry, consistency... all that stuff. I hired a "local contractor" to install Deckorators Voyage replacement boards to our (small) front porch... and while I am very happy with the product, I truly wish he/they had your (or your team's) sense of OCD and perfection. They didn't do a bad job, but there are lots of finer details that could have been "better" with just a "little" fore-thought. We 100%, absolutely do *not* have the budget to afford your services... and we are hours north of you in southern New Hampshire... but I daydream of winning the lottery and having a team like yours "fix" our unusable back yard and replacing our unsafe deck. I live vicariously through others' projects on here. Thanks and keep it up!
Virtually NO information about actually installing the SkyLift! No specs, structural info, anchoring, lateral / shear, uplift, etc. Video should be titled...."We cut a hole in the roof and mounted this thing.......then spent the next 15 minutes talking about ourselves." Very disappointing.....Deceptive Title.
First time finding this channel and only watched for the sky lift components and only 7 minutes in and I am definitely picking up awkward tension between the two guys. Almost like one guy is trying to be “the entertaining star” and the other just thinks their a clown. 😬

He’s just built different 🤣🤣

Weird question. How are you painting that treated lumber?? And with what? Don’t you have to wait for it to dry?
🎉❤ right on time!!
First☺️ appreciate it as always my friebd

Sounds like maybe you should consider moving! New Jersey is beautiful this time of year!
We use these roof risers in FL all of the time

You guys are awesome, wish you were here in Florida.
Cathy Concrete’s hotness is locked in for justice. 🇺🇸
Did you notch the beam on the house to accept the brackets, just asking because I know those are 3 1/2" saddles.
We got the rough cut sized brackets so they were 4”, we routed a half inch out of the board on the backside!
Another great video. Thanks
Appreciate that Gary!!

We’re all wrapped up there but irrigation just got installed so we’ve been waiting to go back and do the final walkthrough!

What happened to the previous project ya was doing ?
I wanted to see the finished result
We’ll be doing the final walkthrough video very soon! Irrigation just got installed so we’re going to be back to do the final video!
Do you think you can weld q metal beam to the saddle. Looking into doing all metal patio cover. Thank you.
Are they galvanized prior to power coating? I’ve reached out to the company but haven’t got an answer. Great content as always
I’m not sure actually that’s a good question!
I'm using Your videos as motivation to do something at my house ;)
Haha I love it!!
Does the Pergola need to be at a slope? I'm about to build one of these out. I plan on putting corrugated plastic on top.
What black exterior stain is your preference
Looks like its only been a month, but how do those miter cuts at the end of the beams work out over time? Does shrinkage ugly them up with gaps?
Everything looks good to me, btw what is the name of that hip-hop song and artist tho! 🔥🔥
Thanks a lot!! I’ll have to check, some royalty free jam 😅
What class are the ladders that supported you guys and those beams???! (Not trying to be snarky, I'm a big guy.)
Love the videos
Catherine love you ❤
Thanks man!! I'll let her know!!
What are those suspenders? They look very comfortable!
Super secret ones not on the market yet lol, they are very comfy though
@@THEpremieroutdoor Can't wait for those drop!
I didn’t see how you attached the sky lifts inside the attic. Did I miss something?
They cut a small notch in into the roof and flashed with pipe flashing
What is the Black Stain that you use?
Can you use skylift for a 4 season room
what it is? i want to put mine but i have 18 ft long.
Darn it you guys. Now I want to do this at my house. It’s the perfect candidate too… crap
Can I work remotely with the Tesla bot?
Tip time with Tony
Just when I started liking Tom....
He’ll be missed but the show must go on!
Tom was great, hope he enjoys his new spot.
Losing Tom?! Daaaang
Yep, such a shame!
Got Eeem'
✋️🤛😂

You really nailed it honestly!
I hate emojis in the title, it screams cheap and easy video quality
Should have used #Patioroofriser!
Those bolt through shingles to rafters. Cannot be used with engineered trusses. Patio covers or pergolas may overload other rafter types.
Looks like ants eating too many salads 😂
He’s looking svelt!
