No worries mate, awesomely glad i could be so awesome at being awesomely awesome!!! By the way did I ever tell you how awesome your awesome videos are!!! Fuck that was fun :))
this may be a new feature, but you can change the count to "Fit Curve" which will automatically match your curve as you edit it. Also thanks so much for the tutorial, when I saw you using the Array modifier I thought you were being silly, then I realised the genius!
More then welcome, I'm a fan of your channel, All your videos have a nice polished feel to them. As well there are very helpful since I'm building a game in UE4 currently.
Masterbleu1 ok, great to hear. If you have any special ideas for tutorial feel free to ask, soon (after my holiday in a few days) there will be a new forum on my webpage for this.
was able to follow till the alingn of cylinder and modifier, tryed to manually alien but the second i added the array modifier it was like part of the cylinder
That the single parts of the array will be divided in that way, that they will exactly fit the curve, you don't have to increase the count of the array anymore - try it:-)
If you change the array fit type to curve it will make arrays to fit the length of the curve automatically. (Good quick look at arrays ruclips.net/video/PWYq3OXuyV4/видео.html )
Thankyou for speaking slow and clear and not overusing the word awesom. So, so nice to watch a well made tutorial!
Wow, thanks for your awesome comment ;-)

You should consider getting a pop filter
?
+Jay AnAm you should research it. It stops all pop sounds and uhhh, other voice noises from going into the mic.
ah ok... well I am using a headset, will see
ok, did it now, thx for the advice. Here is how I created it: ruclips.net/video/hZgKeAcy17Y/видео.html it seems to work, what do you think?
+Jay AnAm I don't know too much about the headset version but it should definitely help wrapping that cloth/material around the mic part.
the cylinder go along with the curve, but not show in cylinder form, but only vertex form. How to solve it pls QAQ
Very soothing :D
Ok :-) Thx!
Just a point, the sun is white, not yellow, so when using sunlight, it should always be white
is there a way for array an curve not to deform the object when it comes to some certain angle?
Thank you !!!!!
hmm my stuff is just floating around and completely bending out of shape
Please, how can I modify only one side of the cylinder, not all around?
Apply the array modifier i think
was able to follow till the alingn of cylinder and modifier, tryed to manually alien but the second i added the array modifier it was like part of the cylinder
nice! clean tutorial, do you know how to make this effect without or minimal deformation?
Thx man!
When I tried this, the rope I was making went ape shit upon setting the Nurbs curve I'd made as the curve object.
Thank you for this tutorial. This is a good alternative to making a tube.
But one question, you mentioned a fit type=fit curve. What does that mean?
That the single parts of the array will be divided in that way, that they will exactly fit the curve, you don't have to increase the count of the array anymore - try it:-)

Is this the you tube?
too fast for me. But thank you
Ok, it's an old one, I think I will redo it more slowly:-)
